This house was perfect for our family. There’s plenty of living space to be comfortable with a decent sized family. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms very clean. The grounds were great for outdoor games. Definitely happy to had the opportunity to book this property. Owner is amazing and communicates well.

Great secluded hideaway

We had a very nice stay and felt nestled in the woods with the lake right there. The house was beautiful and very clean. Jeff was very responsive and polite. We highly recommend.

Great place to share with friends!

We enjoyed the property very much! All our needs were met and then some! We very much enjoyed sitting by the fire and making s’mores after a full day on the lake!

Great Stay!!

My family booked for an extended family vacation. 8 adults and one teenager stayed for four days, three nights. When we arrived, we had some wifi and air issues that were promptly addressed. The house was well stocked and the perfect set up for the family. If you are looking for a Great Lake getaway, look no further!

Summer family trip

Excellent property and host

The property was very nice (clean, stocked, and had all the amenities). While it is only about 18 miles from Branson West, the trip takes longer...but for our family, it was wonderful. Even though our trip was after Christmas, I will bet the property is even better when it warms up, since it is on the lake. The host answered all questions we had quickly and provided us with a wonderful experience.

Wonderful lake house

We are a group of 7 women in our 60’s, friends since childhood who have taken an annual trip together since 1983. This house was nice and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. We did not try and walk down to the lake but only because we spent most of our time on the huge deck. It has a nice view of the water through the trees. The kitchen has just about anything you’d need, we cooked all but one meal there. The ice machine did not work but we brought our own anyway. The beds were comfy although we wished there were extra pillows. The only other suggestion we’d make is to have nightlights in the bathrooms. We had a ball, thank you!!

Best Family Getaway

We loved our stay. We are the classic over packers and this place had everything from full equipped kitchen, over abundance of towels and bedding, and shampoo/ conditioner in every shower. The Dock was very easy to get to from the home. We had the boat out every day of our stay with no issues and very easy to park at the property. The access to the lake from the property is steep but I was able to maneuver the area while holding my 1 year old. We parked our kayaks at the bottom the entire stay with no problems. Our family consisted of teenagers to the youngest being a 1 year old. Easily baby proofed home and games such as darts and pool table provided in the down stairs family area. We did not adventure into town because we had plenty to do at the property. We felt very taken care of by the host with their quick response time and the many small details put into the property. Would 10/10 recommend.

Our stay started with a mishap as pictures in the listing show a boat dock on the property. I messaged owner before booking to inquire about boat ramp so we could use boat dock. He misread the message and answered in the affirmative. One day before our trip we got the check-in instructions and saw that we had no boat dock access. Unfortunately, this started our trip with a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. The property was completely fine for our family get away and the big kitchen was very nice for preparing meals. The yard was not mowed which bothered our kids when walking outside and the A/C had considerable trouble keeping the house cool-72 was the best it got on our last day. Also, there is no *lake access* from the property. There is a very rocky and rough trail to a dock that you are not allowed to use. There is no spot cleared to get into the boat or haul a cooler or people into a boat from the shore. I feel that the owner should update his listing to CLEARLY reflect the restrictions of the property so other guests who plan to bring a boat know to rent a slip at the closest marina beforehand. We ended up putting in and taking out our boat every day. Also, on the weekend there are so many parked vehicles at the put-in spot that you can't get a truck backed in there to pick up your boat. We had to drive to the nearest boat ramp to pull out.

Family trip

We had a great stay here and had plenty of space for the 7 adults and 4 kids in our group. We spent lots of time on the back porch and never felt cramped in the large kitchen and upstairs living space. The finished basement was a huge bonus and a nice space for the kids to hang out. I highly recommend this property for small group or family trips!

Spacious yet cozy home!

The home is perfect for a larger gathering. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, play games, darts, or pool. Access to the lake was a little trickier than expected, but where there's a will, there's a way! The neighbors were lovely and welcoming too! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The entire home was clean, cozy, and comforting. Don't miss out on this home! You'll love it as much as we did!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Overall, our family enjoyed the stay. We had 9 adults and 5 kids who spent three nights at Jeff’s place over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of room and appreciated the ample supply of necessities (toiletries, towels, bedding, kitchen suppkies, etc, etc). Things I addresses with Jeff that need his attention are as follows: basement does not adequately heat (It was cold!), outside walkways and decks needed cleaned from excessive amount of leaves (worried about my elderly parents safely navigating those areas), lack of window coverings in besrooms and bathroom, and no smoke alarms in basement. According to Jeff, he has not owned the property for very long. I anticipate with some “tweaks”, this property will be a hard one to beat in the vrbo world. [This property is not an easy hop, skip, and jump to Branson - curvy roads and about an hour drive. HOWEVER, great lake getaway!]

Great space w/ treacherous route to lake

Lots of space for family to gather! there are fun games. kitchen has the bare minimum. better view of the lake from the basement. expected the grounds to be better kept, but the interior was clean.

Lakehouse Getaway

We had a great time staying at this lakehouse. The house was fully stocked and very comfortable for our family. This area of Table Rock is less busy and more private. It's a great place to stay if you just want to hang out on the lake.

Great space for larger family vacation!

This home had more than enough space for our 10 guests to spread out. The house was clean, well-stocked and it had the best wifi signal (for working remotely, running several handheld devices and streaming music/TV) of any rental we've stayed at on Table Rock. Easy to communicate with the host and we had zero issues during our week stay. The only thing that could make it even better would be a useable dock/boat slip as the marina we rented a slip from was about a 30 minute drive one way. If you want to take your boat out of the water every day though, the boat ramp is just a couple minutes around the corner though!

Relaxing vacation

Wonderful, relaxing stay in a big house right on the water. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed during our stay, towels, toiletries, laundry soap, paper products, kitchen spices were all at the house when we arrived. The rooms are very spacious and spread out and everything was immaculately clean. We loved the entertainment room in the basement with the electronic dart board and pool table. We would recommend Jeff’s house for your lake trip!

Absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved this house! Everything was as it was described. Plenty of room, updated, clean, and right on the water! The washer quit spinning for some reason, but the owner was right on it and communicated very well with me. We went to the laundromat in town, about 10 minutes away, and got so many loads of laundry done within 1.5 hours so it all worked out alright! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect house and location for a family getaway!

House is located on a beautifully quiet point of Table Rock lake- only minutes from Shell Knob. Easy access to grocery, gas station, etc. as needed. Property has been recently remodeled and is both lovely and quite comfortable with more than enough room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the walk-out basement, we spent hours by the fire pit and around the dining table. Made for a perfect Thanksgiving location with the well stocked kitchen and new appliances. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location

This location was everything we wanted. Large family spaces that accommodate everyone being together. The deck was bigger then I expected. And the view of the lake was great. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house

We were looking for a family getaway where we could all stay comfortably together. There were 11 of us and we could not have been happier with the house. Beautiful, perfect location. Easy access to dogwood canyon, eureka springs, roaring river, even Branson was a relatively short drive. Right on the lake, beautiful views, impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. Beds were all super comfortable, top of the line appliances and more than enough room for us to all be together and have our own space. We will definitely be returning. Great communication from the owner and super easy check in and out. Made for the perfect weekend.

Not able to rate accurately. Did not stay due to Covid.

Owner was very nice, but we could not cancel and reschedule 4 days prior even though 8 of the the 11 that were going to stay had Covid, and 4 were very sick. Because it was the busy season, he offered refund of cleaning fee and one night out of 3 in the future free.

My wife and I purchased this property in 2021. We wanted a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy all that Table Rock has to offer. We have two young boys (7 and 10 years old). This home serves as both a weekend/vacation spot for our friends and family, but also our "staycation" getaway (work from home is so much more enjoyable here!). We are excited to be able to share our property with others who are looking for the same.

Why not?!? It has two large and open living spaces, quiet and remote location, beautiful scenery, a flat lot, and incredible lake views/access from almost all angles. With five bedrooms, two large living spaces, a huge outdoor deck, outdoor concrete patio it offers something for everyone (quiet weekend getaway, family water fun, or a work staycation).
