Newer 4 bedroom, 3 bath condominium with 2 living areas and one of the only two units adjacent to the HOA swimming pool. You can keep an eye on friends and family in the pool from inside the unit. The home has 3 queen beds, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom is on the main level with a flat screen tv. Direct Tv is available on all three tvs and also DVD players so bring or rent your favorite movies in case of inclement weather.

This is a great condo and is only a block to the beach. There are two decks, the upper overlooks the pool and the 'Little Lake' which backs up to the complex. Only private rear deck in development with wood flooring compared to many others that are rocks and stones!

The gulf breezes are wonderful and the complex is next to the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course. The unit is bright and airy, nicely accessorized, full kitchen and dining room open to great room.

A flat screen TV and wireless internet for your enjoyment. There is a loft on the upper level with a TV and extra sleeping.

There is parking for two vehicles at this condo. You may request the use of the garage for one additional small vehicle or golf cart. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Great condo with a perfect location

Our group loved your condo. It is close to everything that we need - beach, convenience store, etc. The layout was perfect for our group with plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. Would love to stay here again.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Villa! The property is very well maintained, clean, and has all that you need! No need to take anything but clothes and food! Great location less than a quarter mile to the beach and not far from restaurants and gift shops!! We are looking forward to renting next year!

Modern and nicely decorated

We took our kids and grand-kids - 8 total. Very convenient with the adjoining pool. The pool was not noisy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool lights are shut off or non-existent, which is good as the pool dies down around 9 PM. All rooms are decorated with clean linens and towels. The living room couch is very comfy and nice, especially by most Port A condo standards. Everyone enjoyed their stay. There are parking places for three vehicles - a one car garage and two spaces in front. One block to the beach - great!

The were a number of minor things that could be easily corrected - hence the 4 stars instead of five. The gas grill was out of gas (which was taken care of in less than 24 hours), a lot of dishes were dirty -- food stains on plates, leftover chips on the couch, some dried cheese in the refrigerator on the shelving, etc. The place could use a "deep cleaning". The maintenance and cleaning is done by a very friendly married couple who are attentive to any problems we had (like replacing the propane bottle on the grill). The married couple's phone number is in the welcome book at the unit, along with the owner's.

The owner Ellen replies to emails quickly and the booking went very easily. Very professional lady. All said, I would definitely recommend this unit. We visit Port A frequently (about twice a year) and would stay here again the next time we need a 4 bedroom.

Good experience

The location is close to the beach walking distance but better to drive or rent one of the golf carts from the local area. it is a 4 bedroom. all of the bedrooms were good. clean sheets . 3 bathrooms plenty of towels. Again clean. The Masters kind of small but adequate. Same with the kitchen. Plenty of utensils, plates cups ,etc and all clean and in good shape. Big sofa, comfortable. Nice little patio in the back with grill and room for several people to enjoy. The pool is right next to the condo which we thought was a plus! All of the appliances worked fine hot water was good toilets work fine AC work great
