As you said, "Location is perfect!". You have a long range view down the beach out the side windows instead of another condo building next to you. Being able to see the sun set over the pier. 2-3 minute walk to the Pier and Pier Park for shopping, events, and restaurants. We look forward to you returning. Penny Lancaster

I am sorry that our starter supply package did not meet your expectations. As with many vacation rentals, we provide an initial supply of essential items to help guests get settled, with additional supplies being the responsibility of guests based on their individual needs and length of stay. We do our best to communicate what is provided so guests can plan accordingly. I do want to address your comment regarding my lack of concern. I take great pride in being available and responsive to our guests, and I was happy to communicate with you throughout your stay. While I understand that my response regarding our established supply policy was not what you had hoped for, it was never intended to convey a lack of care or concern. We appreciate your choosing The Sunset and are pleased that you enjoyed the condo itself and its wonderful location. Penny
