House for 5 people, in a pleasant and quiet setting in Saint Laurent des Bâtons, on the way to Santiago de Compostela.
We are located in the center of the tourist triangle "PÉRIGUEUX, BERGERAC, SARLAT" and 10 mins from the town of VERGT, capital of strawberries, which has all amenities: shops, pharmacies, medical group, intermarché (super), post office, bars, restaurants ...
The house consists of:

Outside, a private terrace, not overlooked, and its garden furniture under a trellis for pleasant meals in the shade of the vine. A barbecue is at your disposal.
You can enjoy the swimming pool, unheated, with a dimension of 12m x 6m, until 8pm in the evening after which we privatize it for our personal use and maintenance, and its view of the wooded countryside with a beautiful sunset in the evening.
For safety reasons related to the pool, we cannot accept children who cannot swim (under 8 years old).

A high chair for babies is available on request.

Private parking inside the property.

Starting from the house, on foot, by mountain bike, there are nice walks through the woods, on the Roman road.

We do not welcome our pet friends.

Beds will be ready on your arrival. Household linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
In addition, you will be asked for €10.00 per person for cleaning, thank you for your understanding.

Many sites are to be visited in our beautiful region: parks and gardens, aquarium in Le BUGUE, castles, caves, farms with regional products including the fish farm "Les Caviar de Neuvic" as well as hikes and outings on the water such as canoeing etc...

Weekdays are: €700.00.
