THE SPACE
✨ Our 22m2 air-conditioned flat is located on the 6th floor (no lift) and includes:
- A double bed (160 cm) for peaceful nights.
- A dining area with TV and Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and connected.
- A lounge with a sofa and coffee table for added convenience.
- A fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.
- A modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner to ensure a spotless space on arrival.

You'll be at the heart of the action with our central location near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, famous for their shops, cafés and restaurants. Nearby, you'll also find the Grands Boulevards, the Musée Grevin, Galeries Lafayette and Place de l'Opéra.
