2-room apartment (23 m²) on the 3rd floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. There is no elevator in the building. The kitchen is in the main room and is equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, an oven, and a small refrigerator. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, washing machine, and all towels are provided. Linens are provided. Electric heating. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Near the apartment, you will find grocery stores, one of the best cheese shops in Paris, restaurants, brasseries, a fish market, two organic shops, ice cream parlors, chocolate shops, and cafes. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. It's the ideal location for discovering Paris: a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, a 15-minute bus ride to the Montparnasse Tower and the Champs-Élysées (direct bus), and a 15-minute walk to the banks of the Seine and the RER C train line for visiting the Palace of Versailles, the Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, and the Musée d'Orsay (direct bus). We loved the location of this place. It is in a neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, and markets. The apartment was clean, and beds were comfortable - I just forgot to read the fine details - there is no lift and it’s on the 3rd floor, which is really the fourth floor in America so carrying our luggage up was a bit difficult since we are elderly. But inspite of that, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything about our stay in Anne's apartment was perfect. Anne is a fabulous hostess, and provided all necessary amenities for our stay. Easily the best-equipped apartment we have experienced. Anne's thoughtful and generous gift of chocolate Easter eggs from Paris's oldest chocolatier was quite literally the icing on the cake.

Host was very kind and welcoming. Apartment had everything needed including a washer, drying rack, and dryer machine available in building if needed. We really liked the location-- quieter, still with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a reasonable distance to many of the major attractions.

This lodging is perfectly situated a short walk from Métro and bus stops, as well as many important Parisian landmarks, and restaurants & shops. We enjoyed being so close to everything we needed and wanted. Our host, Anne, was delightful: extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming! She always responded quickly to our queries. She also shared great details about the surrounding area and getting around Paris.FYI the double bed is up against three walls, and you climb a small metal step stool to get into it.

Great location

It was great location less than 10 min walk to Eiffel tower and other fun spots. Only down side internet did not work for us.

What a lovely French flat! Located on the third floor with an iconic spiral staircase leading up, you can open the windows and have a beautiful view of the sky. Caffès and grocery stores are just a walk away, and the metro is close. My parents and I loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Location, location, location. This apartment is in a great place. Adjacent to Rue Cler, a great place for eating and basic shopping. It’s cry coast to the Eiffel Tower (no view) and a short walk to a metro station. Some things to think about for older or mobility challenged folks: it’s three flights of narrow, steep stairs and the bed it built up high. It’s very small but just enough. Would stay here again.

Thank you for your opinion. On the ad in the French version, I specified that it is a 23-square-meter apartment located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Apparently, on the German advertisement, this sentence has not been translated. Thanks to your opinion, I can represent it.

Simple, very clean, well situated apartment. So close to the Eiffel Tower. We walked to the museums with no problem at all. I am almost 62 and my boyfriend is almost 75. We were on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator which for us didn’t cause any issues. This apartment had everything, including coffee, spices, shampoo, conditioner etc. Anne was helpful and was available for questions. I would stay here again. Thanks Anne.

Very central, clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and many tourist attractions. The apartment is much bigger than in the pictures. The host, Anne is very responsive and helpful. Internet works great. We would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Paris.

From the first contact of booking till the checkout, everything was amazing! Our hostess met us at the property to show us in, explained the public transport of Paris and even had chocolate from a local shop for us! Bedding was soft, shower was hot and good pressure with all the toiletries you could need, I even purchased and left some conditioner for the next guest. The kitchen was fully stocked for those who need supplies and she even left some additional items for you to use such as seasonings.

Location!

We are from Canada and stayed 3 nights. The short walk to restaurants and Eifel Tower super convenient. Anne is amazing. We expected small .. that's Paris. Be aware, 3 flights of very small spiral stairs to get there .. no air. Pleased we had everything we needed and more. Recommend for 2 people. A great home base as Toot Bus and others have stop at Eiffel Tower.

Super location. Excellent communication.

A pied-a-terre located between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, and just a few minutes away from buses and metro to take you practically anywhere in Paris. Lovely area around Rue Cler, with a variety of cafes, shops and (conveniently) supermarkets. Anne was very receptive and excellent at communicating before and during the stay - absolutely reliable. The property is on the third floor (with no lift). We didn't mind it as we didn't have any luggage and don't have mobility restrictions. The kitchenette has all you need.

We stayed at this apartment. The host, Anne, was wonderful. She responded to my questions very quickly. She was warm, accommodating, and helpful. She allowed us to check in early, gave us a bag of chocolates when we arrived, gave us information about Paris, and was available if we needed anything. She even touched bases with us during our stay to see if everything was going well. The apartment was clean, and had what we needed. It is located close to the metro École Militaire, Rue Cler, and easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There is a washer (that Anne showed us how to use), but not a clothes dryer. That was little matter, though, because we were able to air dry clothes, and there was a laundromat close by if needed to machine dry. The apartment and host were wonderful for a very pleasant stay in Paris.

Great little apartment near Eiffel Tower, metro & lots of cafes & restaurants as well supermarkets. The host is fantastic and responds to any messages promptly. The host offered tips on public transport and has lots of brochures on attractions, restaurants and metro train system. Apartment has a well set up little kitchen. Seperate bathroom. No lift to apartment so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the third floor. Great little apartment, would definitely book again!
