Host was very kind and welcoming. Apartment had everything needed including a washer, drying rack, and dryer machine available in building if needed. We really liked the location-- quieter, still with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a reasonable distance to many of the major attractions.

What a lovely French flat! Located on the third floor with an iconic spiral staircase leading up, you can open the windows and have a beautiful view of the sky. Caffès and grocery stores are just a walk away, and the metro is close. My parents and I loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Location, location, location. This apartment is in a great place. Adjacent to Rue Cler, a great place for eating and basic shopping. It’s cry coast to the Eiffel Tower (no view) and a short walk to a metro station. Some things to think about for older or mobility challenged folks: it’s three flights of narrow, steep stairs and the bed it built up high. It’s very small but just enough. Would stay here again.

Very central, clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and many tourist attractions. The apartment is much bigger than in the pictures. The host, Anne is very responsive and helpful. Internet works great. We would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Paris.

From the first contact of booking till the checkout, everything was amazing! Our hostess met us at the property to show us in, explained the public transport of Paris and even had chocolate from a local shop for us! Bedding was soft, shower was hot and good pressure with all the toiletries you could need, I even purchased and left some conditioner for the next guest. The kitchen was fully stocked for those who need supplies and she even left some additional items for you to use such as seasonings.

Location!

We are from Canada and stayed 3 nights. The short walk to restaurants and Eifel Tower super convenient. Anne is amazing. We expected small .. that's Paris. Be aware, 3 flights of very small spiral stairs to get there .. no air. Pleased we had everything we needed and more. Recommend for 2 people. A great home base as Toot Bus and others have stop at Eiffel Tower.

Super location. Excellent communication.

A pied-a-terre located between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, and just a few minutes away from buses and metro to take you practically anywhere in Paris. Lovely area around Rue Cler, with a variety of cafes, shops and (conveniently) supermarkets. Anne was very receptive and excellent at communicating before and during the stay - absolutely reliable. The property is on the third floor (with no lift). We didn't mind it as we didn't have any luggage and don't have mobility restrictions. The kitchenette has all you need.

Simple, very clean, well situated apartment. So close to the Eiffel Tower. We walked to the museums with no problem at all. I am almost 62 and my boyfriend is almost 75. We were on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator which for us didn’t cause any issues. This apartment had everything, including coffee, spices, shampoo, conditioner etc. Anne was helpful and was available for questions. I would stay here again. Thanks Anne.

We stayed at this apartment. The host, Anne, was wonderful. She responded to my questions very quickly. She was warm, accommodating, and helpful. She allowed us to check in early, gave us a bag of chocolates when we arrived, gave us information about Paris, and was available if we needed anything. She even touched bases with us during our stay to see if everything was going well. The apartment was clean, and had what we needed. It is located close to the metro École Militaire, Rue Cler, and easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There is a washer (that Anne showed us how to use), but not a clothes dryer. That was little matter, though, because we were able to air dry clothes, and there was a laundromat close by if needed to machine dry. The apartment and host were wonderful for a very pleasant stay in Paris.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement et ce quartier. Nous étions proche du métro ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants. La rue Cler est un petit bijou où nous retrouvons plusieurs marchands. La communication avec notre hôte, Anne, a été excellente. Je recommande fortement.

Séjour agréable dans les beaux quartiers

Le studio est très bien pour 2 personnes et propre. Cuisine adaptée avec qqs ingrédients de base (merci !). Mon hôte était attentive, disponible et répond rapidement. Le quartier était vraiment très agréables et vivant : petits commerces de proximité. Café et belles terrasses dans la tradition parisienne. Métro à qqs minutes.
