THE MOST BEAUTIFUL, UPDATED, & CLEAN BEACHFRONT HOME!

This updated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is amazing and completely beachfront towards the end of the Las Conchas area of Rocky Point. The home is gated in, with a private small pool, and gorgeous. The beach in front is awesome for shell finding, kayaking, playing in the water and games on the beach! Sand dunes are close by along with the estuary to explore. Our family has LOVED this home and you will too! It is clean and modern which makes a huge difference! 4 night minimum, NO SMOKING & NO PETS!!! Check out the video on youtube Pinyon Properties Real Estate Channel. Pool is not gated and patio wall is low, (SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN).

Excellent!

Wow We have been going to Rocky Point for 25+ years, stayed at a variety of homes in Las Conchas and the condos at Sonoran Sun & Sea and THIS home is our new favorite!! Lisa was quick in replying and very helpful. The house location and cleanliness are 5 star. The beach is sandy with no rocks. Need I go on? We have already booked for November.

Great family get away

My family and I had a wonderful time! Beautiful updated beach home that is right on the water with everything you need. Lisa was an amazing host and had great communication. This property also has a wonderful little spa that is brand new. The spa needed a little bit of chlorine after a normal 2 day use. Lisa had a pool service out there within a couple of hours that made the pool perfect again for the next day! Having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher on the property was also extremely helpful. We felt safe and relaxed. We will definitely book again in the future! Thank you for the amazing weekend!

Beautiful location and stunning home

The ocean is right outside the patio door!! It is super fun to be that close to the ocean. The house was clean and all the necessities are provided. We had a wonderful time there. Thanks for sharing your beach house with our family. It is a trip we will always remember.

Great beach getaway!

My husband and I rented the beach house for our two grown kids, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren for 5 days of fun in the sand and surf. We had a blast! Everything was wonderful. The entire house was well stocked. Great pots and pans, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen. More than ample bedding, pillows, towels. And the layout of the house is great with a split design. But the two decks, facing the fabulous sunsets, and leading to the ocean were amazing! Wonderful patio furniture, shade, and the lower deck has a furnished Ramada and fire pit. The grandkids loved the s’mores! Between the decks there is a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and float toys. What more could one ask for?

Hidden gem in Las Conchas

Amazing beachfront and well-equipped property in Las Conchas. Can't think of a better place to stay in Puerto Peñasco. The house and stay was beyond perfect. Lisa was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs.
