It was a beautiful house just a bit confused about the driving directions. Once I did understand them it was easy and fast getting there. The house was clean. Also not sure on the check out the instructions so I justCleaned really well before checking out. Loves the beachfront access and my 93 year old grandmother loved it.

Great Time at the Beach

The home was perfect for our group. It was right on the beach and my kids had a great time. Kim was easy to contact if you need anything. I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxation at the Beach

We had two teenage boys, their parents and 4 seniors 78-90! The property was perfect as the young family spent much time on the beach and in the water while the senior set had a relaxing time sitting on the covered patio enjoying the waves, the birds and just being there.

Absolutely Fantastic

Location, Location, Location! Private beach! House was great. Well maintained. Host was great. Communicated well. Everything was working. Newer appliances. Plenty of space. Plenty of privacy. And the views......WOW!!!!! It was absolutely fantastic. Will stay here again and again!

Great location, great hosts!

Kim was super communicative with us and all of our questions, and replied very quickly. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet offered on the beach, further away from Las Conchas and Playa Encanto!

The house was very easy to find. Very quiet. ..(until the last am when about 10 atvs came riding down the beach). House was well appointed and well stocked. Would go back to this property. stocked. Great firepit. Screen doors! Yeah! Lots of towels

Great place away from the hustle of town

A great place for our group of 15! There were plenty of beds and we love having the ocean right out the door. The kitchen was well stocked and we had enough towels. It was nice to have a pretty private beach away from the resorts. We wondered if the drive from town would feel arduous, but for us, the privacy was worth driving a bit to get there.

Well maintained house, lots of beds which was helpful with the gaggle of kids we had with us. Upstairs/ downstairs kitchens were helpful! No problems with the AC or plumbing. Kim was easy and prompt to communicate with. We loved the remoteness of this property! Just our group and the beautiful beach, no reason ever to leave the house. Would recommend / would stay again

Amazing

We rented both lower and upper level. We all had such a great time in this hole. Lots of memories to keep forever. Owners are very kind. The online pictures of this house do not do it justice. Much bigger than we were expecting! We will definitely be back next summer!

Close to Perfection

This was as close to perfection as you can get! The house was clean, beautiful, and fit our large family perfectly. The large covered patio downstairs was great for getting out of the sun at times and still allowed to take in the serene beauty of the private beach and ocean. The directions were simple to follow and Kim was easy to get ahold of. We'll definitely be booking with Kim again the next time we go to Mexico.

Great family trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our large family (16 total). Everyone had plenty of space and all the necessities we could need. The hosts, Kim and Barney, were so easy to communicate with, very helpful and kind. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing beachfront getaway!

Very nice time, but location is remote

We stayed in Villa Sirena Azul for 5 days with 2 families. The house was clean and modern. The beach was beautiful and very private! We loved watching the tide come in and out each day. The location is quite far from the town, and much of the way is unpaved. You won't want to go back and forth, and definitely not at night, so stock up with food and be ready to spend most of your time at the house. The property managers Kim and Barney were very nice and helpful, but texting and calling them can be difficult due to weak wifi. You will not have access to the laundry room, and there is no dishwasher. Overall, we had a very relaxing time!

The best experience ever!!

We stayed her for my daughter senior trip with very close friends and family members. We never felt crammed in. The space is amazing, the house is so beautiful, and you step outside on a nice sandy beach! Can't wait to go back!!

This spot was perfect for our group. The house was spotless when we arrived. Kim was very accommodating as our group had flown in so was not able to bring some things with us. She was quick with responses and helpful. The house was beautiful, the beach was beautiful. It was a perfect trip.

PERFECT 🏠 and PERFECT location!

If you want to have an amazing time with family and friends with a great host, this is the house I recommend. Normally I don't leave a review, but this house and the communication with the host exceed my expectations. The house is clean, spacious, has the perfect views, it is not crowded. We are certain that we will be back and stay there.

Surprise family reunion

Kim was amazing!!! I was planning a surprise family reunion and I don't know if I could have pulled it off without her help. The house was gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice. It was the first time in 24 years that all the siblings were united. Needless to say, it got pretty loud, but not having neighbors nearby was perfect for us. The family loved it so much, they want to go back next year. We definitely recommend renting this house. Word of advise: follow Kim's directions. We tried using the GPS but it got us lost on a dirt road without gas. I called Kim to ask for nearby gas station and directions. She showed up 10 minutes later with gas and led us to the house. She went above and beyond! Thanks to Kim for making this trip unforgettable with all her recommendations.

Beautiful and fun times at the beach

I usually don’t write reviews, but it’s hard not too!!! This place was amazing! More than I expected! As soon as we walked in we were blown away! Beautiful beaches, bonfires, jet skis, banana boat and great food! I really appreciate Kim for making our vacation memorable! Definitely Would come back!! Directions were on point !! Gate keeper was very pleasant! Beach water was perfect! Miss this place already Thank you Kim for everything!

Great Rental House

We loved our stay this past weekend at this house. We have a large group that goes every year, and this house met all our needs. It's very nice, great location, and great property manager. I few things we would suggest for a better stay in the future are: ceiling fans on the patio, extra keys to the doors (both upstairs and down), drop down shades on the sides of the patio, and a pool table or shuffleboard or something of the sort would be really cool and useful.

Wonderful stay in Rocky Point

We had a wonderful time. This property is as you see in the pictures, it’s very clean , nice and equipped with new dishes and new furniture, plenty of towels. This property was the best of all properties we have rented before in Rocky Point. Kim the manager of the property was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come back. Thank you Kim ❤️

Very clean and secluded

Had a great stay! Owners are super friendly. The house is the best one I’ve stayed in on the beach in rocky point. Description of the property and the photos are very accurate. We had a handful of young kids with us and the back patio and short distance to the water was more than ideal.
