The Space:
Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer’s Market each Sunday to the city’s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

As you step into this lifestyle loft, you will be greeted by the spacious, contemporary kitchen with white quartz countertops and a white marble backsplash. This open-concept kitchen comes equipped with everything that you may need during your stay.

Kitchen amenities include:
• Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, Oster blender, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers
• Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods
• Locally owned, organic, and fair-trade coffee from Boulder-based, female-owned, Wild Barn

There is seating for four at the kitchen counter, and additional seating for four more at the dining room table, which can be found in the middle of the open concept floor plan.

The natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows illuminates the mid-century modern, contemporary cool interiors and invites you to settle into the comfortable couch for some well-deserved, and oh so needed rest and relaxation. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? You will be thrilled to find out that this smart TV comes with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.

Into the master suite, you will find sexy contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows. This is our favorite room for golden hour and the unit that we use for photoshoots due to that excellent natural light from the big wall-sized window.

The en-suite bathroom attached to the bedroom is larger than life and offers dual sinks, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and luxe bath products by Le Labo. Off of the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet, big enough to fit literally anything you could’ve possibly packed. If you plan to be traveling with outdoor gear, you will have tons of space for it here.

Local Artist-Inspired
We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests which is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard.

The Neighborhood:

But first, coffee!
Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

We are also surrounded by the city’s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc.

Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations.

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor
venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Great location

Loved our stay here. Great location, great amenities, very cute, & clean. The only complaint that I have is that there is not any convenient parking available & we had to park blocks away from the apartment. There were also issues trying to contact someone for check-in because there were issues getting the waiver submitted. Realistically, I would rate this experience a 4.5 rather than 5 but that’s not an option.

Couldn’t have been better

We got there very late. But check in instructions were so easy, they made it feel like home away from home. Space was incredibly clean and comfortable!We will be back!

Perfect Denver Stay

We spent a weekend in Denver and chose this property for it’s proximity to our son’s apartment. We could not have been happier with the space, the location and the overall rental process. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Denver!

It was the first time for my wife and I in Denver. The resident was beautiful, very clean, and location was near everything downtown. We would definitely rent again if in Denver. 5 stars !!!

This was a great little loft! My husband and I did a quick getaway for a few days. Communication was great, and they let us in early, which was great since we got there around 10am. The place has a brewery across the street and the neighborhood had a few places for coffee, cocktails and breakfast. It was about a mile walk to 15th street and on, but we did not mind it at all. We recommend for certain!

Home away from home

My husband I were in town to visit our daughter and son-in-law for Thanksgiving. They have a newborn baby so we decided to stay nearby but not with them. The apartment was clean, perfectly equipped and just what we needed. Thank you we will come again

The Best vacation spot

This was my first time using VRBO and I was very nervous we would be in a dump. When I got to this property and walked in all that worry was gone. This property is GORGEOUS. My family and I loved every minute of it and didn't want to leave. Communication is key and I was able to speak with the property owner effortlessly 😘. I would stay here again and again.. If you're looking and run across this listing STOP,you have found a winner.

Great condo

The condo was super cute and clean and the outside and entry were well done. There were two roll away beds as opposed to a futon which worked out fine. It is a good space for 3-4 people. My only complaint was the street parking which was a little challenging a couple times. Also, you should note that there is an unloading zone In front which I didn’t notice until after we checked in. Great location to get to DT, Red Rocks, LoHi, Regis/Tennison area ! Thanks for a comfy spot in Denver!!

Great times in Denver

The apartment is super clean, well located, and the decor is beautiful :) The kitchen is very well equipped. Is possible to go downtown walking and there are a bunch of restaurants around - even a Brewery cross-street. The only little problem was the suite bathroom fan that is a little bit louder and never turns off (they explained that is because de the eco-efficiency of the building) and they're trying to make it a little bit quieter. Overall, we loved our stay!

As Good As It Gets

Couldn't ask for more from a brief getaway. Perfectly located, so clean everything seemed like new, highly attentive hosts (when we needed e.g. salt), lovely building, peace and quiet. Just excellent.
