This rental offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed plus a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people, for a pleasant stay with a dining table plus 4 chairs for meals. An equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, cooking facilities)

Its proximity to metro line 13 5 minutes by Tramway which is just below the building, will allow you to move easily throughout Paris. Arrival is autonomous, this is done with a secure box system.

Wonderful place to stay. Close by metro and bus stations. Easy to tongue to all your favorite Paris sites. Host was great with communication. Place was clean and had all amenities needed. Softest bed. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

I have to be honest, even though the host was nice and accommodating , there were some real negatives about this apartment and its location.The description said it was like 30 minutes from CDG airport in Paris; by train it was over an hour and the apartment is more than an hour away from Paris by train. The neighborhood the apartment is in is run-down and kind of dismal. There are no restaurants nearby and the metro is a 15-minute walk. I couldn’t find the lock box to get into apartment complex was. It was not by the front door. The host had to Face Time me to show it was at the end of the block.Once the apartment complex, it is pretty depressing w broken windows. The elevator to the fifth floor where the apartment is can only barely fit one body. If you have suitcases, you have to make one or two additional trips.The apartment itself is ok, but it had been very hot in the week before we arrived and the apartment hadn’t been aired out so it was very uncomfortably hot in the apartment when we entered and there was only one fan which wasn’t enough.The VRBO description said it slept two people, but the sofa in the living room was hard and didn’t pull out so I had to sleep w my 20-year-old son in the one bed which basically takes up the whole bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are very small and the shower is the size of the elevator.When I told VRBO and the host, my son and I couldn’t stay there for the full week we booked, I got less than than a half-refund.

Vous êtes vraiment de mauvaise fois l’appartement est à 30 minutes de l’aéroport CDG en voiture pas en transports. Le métro est à 7 minutes à pied de l’appartement sinon c’est une station de bus ou de métro donc vraiment vous exagérez. Quand vous êtes arrivé tous étais bien pour vous à l’arrivée de votre fils vous trouvez tous les problèmes du monde pour partir et obtenir un remboursement. Il y’a plusieurs restaurants, snack, boulangerie, boucherie juste en bas de l’immeuble donc je ne comprends pas votre commentaire

Logement agréable à proximité de Paris

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'hôte est disponible et le logement est propre et a tout ce qu'il faut pour un week-end parisien. Le tram devant la porte à une station du métro 13 ou le métro à 15mn à pied, permettent un accès rapide à Paris. Le quartier offre tous les commerces de proximité.
