Annual guys ski trip

Great property and perfect for our annual guys presidents weekend trip. The property owner Justin is top notch and very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend the property

Best Friend’s Weekend

We decided to do a girls trip to Justin’s place with a group of 9! We had the very best time! The house was perfect and you can’t beat the location! We enjoyed the use of the hot tub every night as well. The house came with a lot (coffee, wine, sparkling water, a Brita, trash bags, toilet paper, & the list goes on!) Will will definitely book again next time in Vail/Beaver Creek! Thanks Justin!!

On your own

We started with getting the wrong code that owner forgot to update and were stuck outside with our infant. We also had a beeping smoke detector and we asked owner to help with replacing battery or telling us where batteries are so we can fix the problem keeping us awake. Owner said no batteries at house and he will not fix it. After two trips to the store, we replaced the batteries(AA not 9 volt). Location was very good but you are on your own.

Perfect & awesome in Vail!! Top notch & highly recommended

Absolutely AMAZING! Would definitely come back to the Vail area just to be able to stay at this property. We've stayed at numerous homes, and this one was definitely the greatest by far. First of all, the owner is simply the best and most responsive host you could imagine. He goes out of his way to ensure you'll have the best time possible. Just as an example, the day before we arrived, we just asked him if there was a crib available (the listing didn't say that there was one, and we were just inquiring if maybe by chance there was one). The next thing we knew, the owner went out and bought a brand new crib for the house just for us. There were so many other little details - way too many to list - that the owner went above and beyond with. I truly believe that it's worth it to stay here just for that. But the main reason we are so eager to return, is that the house itself is simply STUNNING. As I said, we've stayed at numerous rental houses, and generally speaking the home isn't as nice as it shows in the listing photos. This home however is MUCH MUCH nicer in real life than in the pics. First off, it's brand new, very spacious and feels modern & is impeccably clean. It is located on a tranquil block with beautiful views. It has every amenity to give you the vacation of a lifetime. From the hot tub, to the numerous games, to the comfortable beds, to the gorgeous decor. This isn't just a cute cozy home, this is a five star vacation house - and whatever your expectations are, is sure to impress you. I know that once anyone stays here, they're going to want to come back. I'm just hoping that there will be availability in this house the next time we want to come to the Vail area - which will definitely be soon.

Fabulous location- perfect for ski family & friends

Loved our stay here. Justin was a generous, responsible and reliable host! Would definitely recommend for those looking to stay to ski a variety of mountains in the area as you are close to everything, and the shuttle to Vail is a cinch!

Great for Guys Ski Trip

We had a group of seven guys enjoy this property on a weeklong ski trip. This home for our needs well, was close to Vail and Beaver Creek, and had a fantastic apres ski hot tub. Justin (the owner) and the hosting crew communicated with us efficiently and made the trip a success. I would recommend this property!

Well-appointed renovated home close to the slopes

We loved our stay at Jason's beautiful house. It was full of all the amenities we wanted and was a short, easy drive to the grocery store and slopes. Jason was prompt returning any texts we had with questions or needs we had. He was a wonderful host. We look forward to returning to Vail and would love to stay at this home again.
