"The Gulf Pearl" is a three story townhome featuring three bedrooms and four bathrooms which provide your family with plenty of space. Located on Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, you have gorgeous lake views and are only a short walk from the sugar white sands and emerald waters our area is known for. Wide covered balconies extend across the upper stories the lenth of the townhome and are great for enjoying morning coffee or watching beautiful sunsets.

The living area is on the second floor and has a 65 inch Smart TV. French doors lead onto the roomy balcony. A dining table with seating for 8 is located between the kitchen and the spacious living room and there is additional bar seating. There is a full bathroom on this level. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. It is fully equipped to cook any meal for the family.

The large Master Suite is located on the third floor has a king sized bed and 50 inch Smart TV. Double doors lead out onto the third floor covered balcony. The second bedroom suite is also on the third floor and has a king bed. There is a 50 inch Smart TV in this bedroom. You will find the third bedroom suite on the ground floor and it has a two queen beds, a 50 inch Smart TV, and its own bathroom.

The townhome has a brand new washer and dryer and includes a laundry chute from the third floor.

Includes access to the Garage with a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, gas grill, and other beach gear.

This neighborhood of Dune Breeze Villas has a nice community pool as well as a dock that overlooks the lake. You may want to try to catch some fish or launch your paddle board from the dock. In the distance you can see the dune that separates this lake from the glistening gulf. This Dune Allen Beach location is just off Scenic 30A and all the delightful picture perfect towns along South Walton’s coast are just a short distance away. Each has galleries, restaurants, lively bars, interesting boutiques, fun seasonal festivals and musical concerts.
