L'appartement est trĂšs bien, belles surfaces, bien Ă©quipĂ©, fonctionnel et propre. Il est dĂ©corĂ© avec soin.Le parking privatif est bien utile dans le quartier.Les commerces et la plage sont Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate.Tout est conforme Ă  l'annonce.La Conciergerie est efficace tant pour le linge que pour l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part. Points moins bien : le store banne vieillissant du balcon qui serait bon Ă  changer. De par sa situation dans l'Avenue de Paris c'est bruyant, tĂŽt le matin, les nombreux camions de livraison des restaurants du front de mer s'arrĂȘtent de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue en laissant tourner les moteurs et les groupes frigorifiques.
