Top house! Detached villa with air conditioning and heating, private pool

This newly renovated and furnished detached villa has its own private pool area and a spacious plot size of 1200 m2. The generous living room and kitchen area directly connect to the sheltered terrace. With the mild Algarve winter and year-round sun this is an ideal place to relax and sun-bathe.

After a dip in the private pool (which measures 4x8 meters) you can enjoy a meal cooked in the outside kitchen with the solid barbecue. Children will love the play equipment in the garden which includes swings and a slide as well as a huge sand area.

The house is equipped for up to 8 people and has 4 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm or 140 x 200 cm) and have direct access to the garden. Two bedrooms have a private bathroom. We have a baby cot and a high chair for our little guests.
The house is air-conditioned and therefore available all year round!

The house fulfills all the necessary official requirements and is registered as Alojamento Local.

West Algarve: Unlike the South and East Algarve, the West is still untouched by intense tourism. The spectacular cliffs are up to 100 meters high and hide many stuning family-friendly beaches surrounded by fascinating rock formations. Small streams flow through many beaches, providing wonderful opportunities for young children to explore and play.

Staying for a longer period provides you with the opportunity to make trips further afield. You can explore golf courses, marinas, shopping centres and aquaparks within one hour. The beautiful Andalusian city of Seville is only three hours drive away along the motorway. The Portuguese capital Lisbon is located three hours drive to the north and we would definitley recommend a visit to this historic and beautiful city. You can also connect your stay in Casa Luna with a city trip at the beginning or end of your stay and take advantage of the frequent flight offers to Seville and Lisbon airports.

Driving directions: The nearest airport is Faro, which is around one hour drive from Casa Luna. Many major and low cost airlines fly to Faro.

Wonderful stay!

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and yard/play area were perfect, and wonderful for the kids, especially. Anna and Michael were extremely helpful, informative, and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again, if we return to Aljezur. Gorgeous beaches with fun tide pools!

Schönes Haus

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, die der Küche über dem Durchschnitt der sonst zu mietenden Ferienhäuser. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ein Mückenschutzmittel gehört jedoch unbedingt ind Gepäck.

Spätsommer an der Wetküste Portugals

Wir alle sind dankbar für zehn erholsame Ferientage in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Zu fünft hatten wir viel Platz in dem geräumigen Haus. Terrasse mit Pool sowie den Garten haben wir ausgiebig zum Entspannen und Spielen genutzt. Die Küche ist praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich. Leider war es aufgrund der Mücken nicht möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Das Haus liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung viel zu erkunden sowie gute Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglickeiten. Nützlich waren dazu die Tipps der freundlichen Eigentümer. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Belle maison avec piscine dans un environnement naturel et calme

Grande maison très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et agréable avec piscine et jolie terrasse. Située dans un quartier calme avec le bruit de l'océan pour nous bercer.... Des restaurants, bars a quelques km et les plages d'Arrifana et Monte Clerigo a 4 km Très agréable en famille, que ce soit avec des petits enfants (grand terrain et aire de jeux) ou avec des grands. Très bon accueil et réactivité de la part de Anna et Mickael qui ont toujours été agréables et réactifs ! A conseiller si vous aimez les endroits un peu sauvages et calmes.

Casa muy correcta

La casa es muy buena. Las instalaciones están todas en buen estado y limpias y la ubicación es muy buena. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. La propietaria no es nada flexible en los horarios de check-in y check-out, así como en las condiciones de la casa, puesto que desconfían de los inquilinos. Por ejemplo, no permite invitar amigos a cenar y esto nos hubiera gustado puesto que teníamos unos amigos en una casa cercana. Si la poca flexibilidad no es un problema para ti, la casa es ideal.

Thank you for your review, we are happy that you liked our villa. Laia has reserved the villa for 8 person and arrived with 12 which has put us in a difficult situation as the house was being prepared, furnished as well as officially registered and insured for 8 person only. Regarding the check-in and the check-out as well as the house rules - all is possible to see prior to reserving. Due to the pandemic the house is not only being deep cleaned but also freshly disinfected prior to arrival which demands an additional amount of time.

Superb!

Beautiful villa. Very complete in a green area with nice beaches, enjoyible rides, Great views during hikes near the coast. Hardly any tourists, strange enough. And Anna is a very nice and helpfull host. We highly recommend a stay in her villa.

Great property in a great location

My family and I stayed at Casa Luna for two weeks and had an amazing time. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped. The outside play area was a real hit with our children. The property is in a fantastic location only a few minutes drive from a great beech and only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Aljezur which has some great resteraunts. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in this area of Portugal.

Nun sind wir schon zum zweiten mal hier (und immer noch da) und sind begeistert. Der Empfang durch die Familie Bittner ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich ab der ersten Minute sehr wohlfühlt und der Urlaub direkt beginnen kann. Wir sind selbst Gastronomen und sind von der überaus durchdachten Einrichtung (besonders der Küche) begeistert. Ob es die Außenküche ist, der Pool, der Spielplatz, die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme für den Strand, die Fleecedecken um Abends lange draußen sitzen zu können, die meist schon vorhanden Gewürze, der Kaffee und das Öl für den Erstgebrauch, die Musikanlage, die Gesllschaftsspiele ect.. Vieles Kleinigkeiten aber keine Selbstverständlichkeiten. Außer hier. Wir haben zwar keine Kleinkinder mehr, aber das ist auch wirklich erwähnenswert, dass auch hier selbst für die kleinsten alles da ist. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet das alles in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand ist. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus, Schöner Pool, gut für Familien

Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist klasse (und beheizt, was bei dem m.u. frischen Wind nicht ganz unbedeutend ist) und der Spielplatz ist auch prima. Das ganze Grundstück ist schön, recht groß und ruhig gelegen. Man braucht auf alle Fälle ein Auto, um zu den Stränden, zum einkaufen nach Aljezur oder zu Restaurants zu gelangen (Vale da Tehla ist kein gewachsener Ort, sondern eine Art Ferienhaussiedlung). Die Übergaben waren entspannt, unproblematisch und schnell. Wer einen Familienurlaub machen möchte und dabei mit einer (sympathisch) überschaubaren touristischen Infrastruktur zurecht kommt, der ist an der Westalgarve sicherlich gut aufgehoben. Das Casa Luna war uns dafür eine super Basis!

We spent 1 week in the beautiful appartment with 2 couples and our 5 year old daughter. Big pool, nice rooms and perfect support by the owners. Very friendly contact and the house is well equipped with all necessary things. Highly recommended!

Das Haus für ruhige, erholsame Familienurlaube

Die casa luna hat alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben, v.a. viel Platz rundum und Ruhe. Alles, inklusive Pool, war sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung durchdacht und komplett. Die Vermieter-Familie hat uns sehr freundlich und flexibel betreut und kann gute Tipps geben. Deshalb: Eine klare Empfehlung!

wunderbares Haus für eine erholsame Urlaubszeit

Wir besuchten das Casa Luna nun schon zum dritten Mal und waren jedesmal begeistert. Hier fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet -besonders wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück. Der große Pool ist natürlich auch toll für die Kleinen und die Erwachsenen. Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung vor Ort mit dem deutschen Ehepaar ist sehr gut und es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Strände, die man in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann ( ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben ) . Alles in allem ist Portugal und das Casa Luna ( und auch das Casa Sol ( ein anderes Haus der Familie ) immer wieder eine Reise wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zum Wohlfühlen, alles perfekt

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir haben schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto unternommen , auch herrliche Wanderungen gemacht. Man kann schön an der Felsenküste entlang wandern. Wir hatten sonnige Tage, nachts war es jedoch kalt.

Wohlfühlhaus

Ein mit Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und wohl durchdachtes Ferienhaus, hell und sauber in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich läßt keine Wünsch offen . Alle Räume des Hauses haben eine Tür zum Außenbereich. Nach der Erfrischung im Pool empfanden wir es als besonders angenehm direkten Zugang ins Schlafzimmer zum Umziehen zu haben. Das abendliche Grillen von selbst geangeltem Fisch aus dem Meer am Außengrill war ein Genuß. Ein Dankeschön für den netten Empfang und die stets freundliche und unkomplizierte Art an Frau und Herrn Bittner. Sollten wir gesund und munter bleiben , werden wir bestimmt noch einmal unseren Urlaub an dieser herrlichen Umgebung verbringen.

Ein Haus, in das man gern einziehen möchte!

Wir durften Anfang September eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist perfekt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Von Pooltüchern über die Butterdose zu Wäscheklammern war einfach alles da. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und auf hohem Niveau. Die Couch ist sehr bequem, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. So konnten wir die lauen Abende auf der großen Terrasse richtig genießen. Der Grill ist neben dem Pool ein echtes Highlight. Die Restauranttipps der Vermieter waren richtig gut. So ergab es einen guten Mix aus "selber grillen" und "Essen gehen". Vielen Dank, bis zum nächsten Mal und ganz liebe Grüße aus Hamburg!

Casa Luna: Ein Traum für Individualisten

Ab 17.05.2015 haben wir hier wunderschöne 14 Tage Urlaub genossen. Eine schöne Villa mit großzügigen Zimmern und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles sehr sauber und die Einrichtung wohl neu. Die Liebe zum Detail, also die Ausstattung mit Geschmack und Stil ist spürbar, wie Liegestühle aus Teakholz, ausgewählte Bilder , Bücher, Spiele, Filme und vieles weiteres mehr. Umfangreiches Kartenmaterial und Reiseführer der Region vorhanden. Alle Angaben in der Anounce sind korrekt! Ideal für Urlaube jenseits des Massentourismus. Relaxen pur, ohne Nightlife, dafür Ausflüge, Wandern, Sonnen, Schwimmen im privaten Pool. Ein Auto ist jedoch nötig für Einkäufe (bspw. Markhalle in Aljezur mit feinem Fisch und regionales Obst und Gemüse). Gute Restaurants ( o Paulo/Gulli=perfekt) bereits in ca. 5 - 10 Min. Autofahrt zu erreichen. Viele gute Supermärkte in Lagos (Intermarche mit großem Angebot in Aljezur). Traumhafte Küsten mit teils gewaltigen Felsformationen, idyllischen Sandstränden ( 2 in ca. 5 Min. Autofahrt erreichbar) und im Mai blühender Vegetation. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, die auch auf Sonderwünsche eingehen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
