Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in South Charlotte.

Close to I 485 you can be in Ballantyne in 5-7 minutes or uptown Charlotte in 15-20 minutes.
Greenway access is a short walk or bike ride away. Tons of great restaurants and area amenities.
The space
Clean and spacious home in a safe neighborhood.

Hardwood floors through main area and huge fenced in backyard for kids to play in.

Guests have access to entire home and it includes both a washer and dryer.

There is no parking in the garage but it can be used to store items while on property or to access home.

Firestick located in living room and master bedroom for you to log in with your credentials/services. Televisions located within bedroom 1/2 as well if you would like to bring your device to plug into as well. Unfortunately we are not able to offer technical advice about connecting to your preferred streaming service/streaming. We encourage you to bring whatever streaming device you are familiar with.

Ballantyne is just minutes away and offers great bars, restaurants, and retail.

We had a great time at this house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the location was exactly where we needed to be to visit family. Would definitely come back.

It was clean and very spacious. Hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. It would be nice if trees could be cut back in backyard or if the grill could be moved out from under them. It was very hard to use the grill because of all the foliage. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Our dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The home was clean, well set up, and put us in distance of the bowling competion our son was in. We will definately rent this again if we have another competition we need to attend!

Honestly I was coming into this property expecting a beautiful stay based on the ratings I saw, but as time went on through staying in the house that expectation quickly left because there were tiny bugs all over the place and even a dead cockroach on the ground. As I explained this to the owner of the property while we were leaving instead of having an exterminator come out before we arrived, he canceled our stay on his end before talking more about a solution and I had to fight with him to get my money reimbursed back to me for the nights I wasn’t staying there so I could find another stay. I would not reccomend anyone stay at this property. It made my trip to NC very sour with their poor communication. 0.5

The house was very clean and you could tell they wanted us to feel welcome. They had the towels neatly arranged and provided personal bottles of shampoo. It looked like the inside had recently gone through several upgrades which made the house look really nice. They also were usually pretty quick to communicate.On the downside, the fridge/freezer did not have water or ice. When I asked about it, Kathryn said they water to the fridge had recently broken and hadn't been fixed yet. She offered to bring us water but my wife had already ordered water and ice and had it delivered to the house. Kathryn ordered water bottles to be delivered the following morning. She also ordered small ice cube trays delivered at the same time. It was also nice to have a fenced in back yard, although there some gaps in the fencing that our small dog could fit through if we allowed him to be curious. The location of the house is very convenient to the interstate and other shopping areas. The only problem is, it's also close to a sewage treatment plant. The smell from the plant was pretty prevalent several days at different times of the day. But you would only notice it if you went outside.

We were going to Carowinds, and spent some time looking at possibilities for retirement locations. We had great stay. The communication with the host was great. Location was quiet and safe.

Nice spacious house with a lot of amenities for our stay like the full kitchen. We were visiting for a week to Matthews and this was about 15 minutes away, great location with a ton of restaurants and stores within minutes. Great for family

Property came exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, great fenced in yard for dogs. Host was friendly and worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great home away from home

We had a flood at our home and needed a place to stay with our dog, and this home was perfect for us. Andrew was wonderful to work with through several weeks and knowledgeable about our situation. The home was clean, the yard great for our dog, and the location made it possible to for us to pretend we were on vacation during a very stressful time. Definitely recommend!

Property in Charlotte

Nice home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interior needs some cosmetic work but this is a well kept property and the property owners seems very pleasant and supportive. Overall a nice stay that I would recommend to others if in need of a property close to Atrium Medical Center.

My wife was really looking forward to staying at this property. However, when we arrived we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. Of note was the following; drywall tape cracking in numerous places in corners and ceilings, water spots on ceiling, broken tile on tub surround, no place to hang towels in master bathroom, no shelf to put shampoo and soap in the shower, no icemaker in the fridge, trip hazard kitchen floor, dark lighting, stained kitchen chairs, plants growing in the gutters, etc. Not a place for us.
