Perfect location

Very comfortable and clean! Has everything you will need and more. Julia is great if you need anything. The location is just perfect, just a few steps from the beach, and also right in the middle of everything. We’ve been coming to Cocoa Beach for 10 years and this was one of the best stays yet! Will definitely book again! Thanks so much!

This condo has a Superb Location in Cocoa Beach and a fantastic East end of the complex directly behind the oceanfront building and closest to the ocean! Kick off your shoes and walk to the beach or the heated pool! Amazing views will astound you in those space shots! Proximity to all restaurants, shopping, golf, churches, and easy access to Orlando and other attractions! Plenty of parking with tennis & bocci ball!

It's in a great location in the middle of Cocoa Beach. Enjoy the shuffleboard, tennis, community pool, and beach with family or friends. It's all right there. I almost forgot: There are great views of the rocket launches from the beach!
