WONDERFUL STAY

We had such a wonderful month-long stay at Peggy and Ron’s place! They were incredibly flexible and kind, even accommodating two last-minute extensions due to work changes. The 3-bed, 2-bath home was very comfortable, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Mornings were a treat with the beautiful sunrise, and the location couldn’t be better—just a minute’s walk to the beach!One of our favorite touches was the outdoor hose, perfect for rinsing off after beach days. The patio and grass area were amazing for our 5-year-old to run around and play, and we loved how close it was to shopping and several walkable spots. This home truly made our extended stay feel effortless and relaxing. We truly didn't want to leave! We can’t wait to visit again—thank you so much, Peggy and Ron!

A great central location.

We were able to travel to many other locations while using the condo as a home base. The beach was great and all of the residents at the complex were friendly and helpful.

Beachfront, great for launch viewing!

Beautiful, large condo that is beachfront. Short walk to the ocean where we watched several launches! Hosts were very thoughtful and left us with a care package upon our arrival. Everything we needed was provided (and then some, lol). Excellent location, short walk to restaurants and shopping. Other residents were very friendly. Quiet location even though our stay was over the Christmas/new year holidays. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful place with everything you need!

Location is great, right on the beach, close to the pier and stores & restaurants. First floor unit makes everything easier, 3 spacious bedrooms nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need and more. Pool and beach were nice and quiet. The host provided beach accessories and baby pack n play, high chair and baby nutri bullet which made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

We love staying here. Everyone is very nice and friendly. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The grounds and building itself is very clean and well kept. The unit we stayed in was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is very convenient to many attractions. You are within walking distance to many stores.

Great condo in a great location

Wonderful 1st floor corner unit. Steps from beach. Condo was clean and well furnished. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Nice heated pool but we spent most time at the beach.

Great time in Coco Beach

Booked a last minute trip with our daughter and son in law and there two young boys. We had everything we needed available to us. You can’t see the ocean from our porch but was really convenient with cooking all the fish they caught in the ocean on the grill. We had a great two week stay and hope to return again. Can’t go wrong with this rental. Completely satisfied from Michigan. Ron and Peggy were very easy to work with

Great condo & complex. Very Clean and Beautifully decorated. Loved being on ground floor with patio & green space. Just a few steps to beach, no need to use stairs or elevator. Owners had it stocked with all paper products you need. Walking distance to restaurants, pier, Ron Jon’s. It would have been nice to have tv in each bedroom, but made it work. We weren’t there to sit inside & watch tv except we were there during covid19, so watched more tv than normal. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location for walking to everything, steps from the ocean and heated salt water pool was always clean. Nice place. Would love to visit again if there ever is an opening in Feb. Very quiet place and the people that live there are so friendly. Thanks Ron and Peggy.

Great Vacation

We spent the Christmas and New years holidays at this property and had a wonderful experience. There were no worries and everything was provided for us. The other people in the complex were really friendly and the days at the beach were a hit with the grandkids.

Condo was very nice, clean, had everything you needed. The only suggestion we would have is a TV in each bedroom as that is the way are family relaxes in evenings. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location!

Condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Grounds were very nice and the complex was very quiet. Very clean inside and nicely remodeled. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great! Steps to the beach, which was never crowded. Hose for rinsing sand off on the back porch was a huge plus! Walked to Ron Jon surf shop numerous times. Short drive to Kennedy Space Center (saw a SpaceX rocket launch, amazing!). Easy hour drive to Orlando, we did 3 times to Universal and Sea World. Could not have picked a better spot for everything we wanted to do.

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful property and a great location. Just steps from the beach, and a short walk to Ron Jon's and the Cocoa Beach Pier. There were several turtle nests on the beach and even got to see one hatchling. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards; and was a treat to have a grill to use. Ron and Peg were great to work with! Only suggestion would be to have a few additional chairs or bar stools. (Could only sit 4 at the table.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return soon!! Thank you for everything Ron and Peg!

Stunning Place! Close to everything & SUPER CLEAN

This unit was SUPER CLEAN! Gorgeously decorated and close to everything. The pier is walking distance and Ron Surf Job is literally 5 mins away. Surrounding area is nice and has several places to eat. Totally coming back and using this unit next year.
