IN PIETON ZONE, 37m2 roof apartment with Mezzanine located in the heart of Le Suquet, Cannes' historic district. It's a 6-minute walk from the Palais de Congrès, the famous Rue d'Antibes and close to the Marché Forville. The sandy beaches are just 200 meters away!
It has just been completely renovated with taste and quality. It has 2 levels and air conditioning.
The 2 beds are on the mezzanine, as are the shower and washbasin. ATTENTION, maximum height is 2 meters, which decreases with the slope of the roof.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, with fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules), and all small appliances.
On the lower level is the living room (sofa bed, sleeps 2), TV, dining area, marble Tulipe table. WiFi (fiber).
A separate toilet is located on the lower level. The bright apartment has 2 Velux windows. It overlooks the garden.
