The Sabré Haut gîte is a large bourgeois country house completely renovated in 2024 offering 8 bedrooms with a maximum optimal comfort capacity of 6 couples and their 14 children-teenagers.
A large garden accommodates the 12x5m fenced swimming pool, a spa, an indoor games room, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and plancha, a volleyball court and a pétanque area.
Each double room has a shower and a sink at least. There is also a large TV room and a billiard room.
The accommodation
Since our very first gîte in the 90s, we have developed a taste for renting exceptional houses. Over the years, our activity as furnished tourist rental companies in Lot-et-Garonne has gradually developed with the acquisition and renovation of characterful stone buildings.
We offer 4 large holiday gîtes with swimming pool, spa, games room and everything you need to spend a pleasant stay in the countryside with family or friends.

The cottage offers a large living room with large capacity open kitchen and a 50m2 dining room with 2 large country tables.

- 5 master bedrooms with shower and sink, (160 beds)
- 1 master bedroom adjoining a bathroom,
- 2 children's dormitory bedrooms with 8 + 4 bunk beds 80cm,
- A mezzanine with 2 single beds 90cm,
- 2 large bathrooms with shower, bathtub and sinks,
- 2 separate toilets in the house and 1 outside,
- 1 billiard room with fireplace,
- 1 TV lounge

The old barn has been converted into a games room with ping-pong table, basketball board and table football. The dovecote hides a built spa for 5-6 people.
A 10mx5m swimming pool faces south-west.
Picnic tables with barbecue and plancha are arranged in the shade of the century-old oaks.
Outdoor games, volleyball court and pétanque court complete the entertainment offer.

We offer the provision of household linen as an option at €15 per bed.
These are kits of sheets and towels and washcloths placed on the beds. We do not make the beds.
The maximum capacity of the cottage is 26 beds including 15 adults at most;
The bunk beds are 75cm for children up to 12 years old.

We do not wish to host young singles among themselves.
Booking by those under 25 is not possible.
No parties possible.

A proposal for less than €500 is an error regardless of the number of nights.

Yes there are beasts, we are in the countryside. (flies, bugs, spiders)
The house is clean and cleaned every time you leave. But it’s easy to find dust if you’re looking for it. The house is in rustic stone and it makes 300m2 habitable. We are not in luxury hotels.
No, the kitchen is not equipped as in “Top chef”.
Not all the games are new and do not come from Decathlon and I do not count the balls of the pool for children to be sure that it does not lack...
No there is no air conditioning. In the summer, just keep the doors closed to keep cool.
The park is filled with tall trees, so yes there may be some leaves or insects in the pool. It is cleaned weekly.
We have a tight schedule in high season on Saturdays, so the entry and exit times must be respected.
