We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Montayral, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate to 15 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :

- A 50 m² living room with TV, decorative fireplace, 3 convertible sofas (sleeps 6) and a dining area.

- A library desk with a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: a double bed (140×190).
- A mezzanine open on the living room with a single bed.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), usable from May to October according to the climate, it is secured by an electronic barrier and has a cover. You will also find a shower and a diving board.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m².
- A terrace accessible from the living room with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, barbecue, electric grill, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Montayral, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the town centre nearby.
