Gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area and comfortable, plush carpet in the bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area for 4, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The open living area and each bedroom have their own flat screen televisions with cable or use your own provider to stream your favorite programs. Cable and WiFi included or log into your personal streaming channel. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are upgrades from most beach rentals. Our place is a top floor (elevator nearby), two bedroom and two bathroom, ocean front condo with spectacular bird’s eye views of the surf and sand. The kitchen is equipped to make those special meals when you don't want to eat out at one of our many delicious restaurants. Enjoy eating inside, on the deck, or pack up your meal and walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open space, great for relaxing. The table seats 4 people and is large enough to play games or do puzzles! There are 2 bar stools for extra seating. The living room and master bedroom include smart TVs with cable, BluRay and DVR. The bathrooms were recently upgraded with large, walk in ceramic tiled showers. Plenty of storage throughout the condo to put away your items. There are two sand volleyball courts adjacent to the property including a covered pavilion. For those who don't want sandy feet, the seasonal pool is inviting with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Ready for a little more exercise, bring your equipment and take advantage of the newly upgraded outdoor sportsplex - tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts, corn hole and miniature golf.

Of course nothing beats walking on the beach, watching the waves or reading a good book. Bring your beach chairs, towels, cooler or whatever you need to spend the day on the beach.
