Private holiday home on the North Sea coast in the Center Park complex

The house is lovingly fully equipped for at least 6 people.
3 bedrooms, and in the living room with a cozy Swedish stove
When booking the house you have 50% discount on entry to the Aqua Mundo (swimming pool) and sauna.

In the North Sea resort of Tossens on the Wadden Sea Nature Park, very close to the beach (walking distance) is our private cottage in the resort of the Center Park North Sea coast. The approximately 4000 square meter water paradise Aqua Mundo forms the centerpiece of this holiday park. You can expect a friendly and cozy holiday home. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom, living-dining room with Erkerausbau umd terrace exit. A cozy Scandinavian wood flat screen TV with cable connection, DVD player and modern kitchen with extractor hood, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, the spacious shower room with toilet. The upper floor offers two more large sleeping or Nursery and also a kommplettes bathroom with shower and toilet. As it is an end house you will be able to enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.

Es ist ein tolles Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt . Leider war es ein wenig schmudelig. So das wir als erstes unten gesaugt und staub geputzt haben. Und es fehlten Wischer für die Duschtüren. Aber danach haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden auch wieder dort einziehen.

Kontakt im Vorfeld war gut, Check-in einfach und problemlos. Kurkarten haben wir jedoch erst einen Tag später erhalten. Haus war mäßig sauber. Küchenausstattung ist für 6 Personen noch ausbaufähig, keine scharfen Messer, kaum Kochbesteck. Terrasse in schlechtem Zustand, man mochte kaum draußen sitzen, keine Stuhlauflagen vorhanden. Auflagenbox zugemüllt.

- schöne Wohnung, auch für fünf oder sechs Personen- ein Ehebett im Wohngeschoss - oben zwei große Zimmer - eins mit Ehebett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten- viel Platz zum Verstauen von Gepäck- nur Jalousien, also nicht so schön für Dunkelschläfer- Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus - tolle Umgebung, relativ zentral- das Freizeitbad ist keinesfalls länger als 4 Stunden zu empfehlen (kein wirkliches Highlight) - unkompliziertes Einchecken mit Schlüsselkasten- Waschmaschine hatte so ihre Tücken - wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung

An sich war eigentlich alles soweit okay. Leider standen die 70 Euro endreinigung für das Haus nicht zum reinigungstatus des Hauses. Ich bin nicht so anspruchsvoll aber es war teilweise schon ziemlich dreckig … Tore fliegen auf allen Fensterbänken und echt viele Spinnen in den Ecken . Aber das ist auch das einzigste was uns nicht so gefallen hat . Sonst super Lage und tolle Unterkunft . Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen . Also ich würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Liebe Frau M , Vielen Dank für Ihre Kritik. Normalerweise antworte ich nie öffentlich, aber Ihre Kritik widerspricht sich... dreckig und doch würden Sie es weiterempfehlen und nochmalbuchen?!?! Ich war mit meiner Frau persönlich vor Ihrem Einzug vor Ort und es gab ne komplette Grundreinigung. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der Natur, Spinnengewebe bilden sich schnell und auch Fliegen sind normal zu dieser Zeit. Schön, dass Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben.

Family Trip

Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Grill wäre schön gewesen ;-) wie er zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung in der Beschreibung stand. Trotzdem haben wir das überlebt und die Küche zum Kochen benutzt. Das wir noch eine Nacht länger bleiben durften war auch klasse, vielen Dank! Grüße aus dem Münsterland
