Great place

It’s a great and quiet place to stay. Clean and tidy. Near the metro and you can walk to Louvre for like 45 minutes and you can wander around. What I love is the bakery at the corner which we live every morning when we get up.

Clean, cozy, compact

This place has everything you need for solo living or a busy trip with one partner. It's on the ground floor, so that's very convenient and the neighborhood isisconvenient for shopping or accessing mass transit

Well positioned but below expectations

Perfectly positioned, close to shops, bistrot and well connected to transports.But:- there is mold on a wall- there are ants everywhere- the sink was clogged, I had to clean it-some plates were brokenIt is worthy for the good position.-

Cozy and Convenient

Lovely place with all the amenities that you could need. We were able to walk to many places and the train station is very close.

Stifling and damaged

We checked in for a week stay around 3pm. We saw obvious water damage (bubbled and peeling paint in multiple locations) and there was an overwhelming smell of some kind of cleaning agent. My friend has severe asthma and started reacting immediately. I walked to the shops to buy a fan as the apartment has no air conditioning or fan, and the smell was overwhelming. I spent 40 euro on a fan and we had to leave the door wide open to try and get some air flow. Someone started smoking outside the door so my friend had to close it, and by the time I came back the chemical smell had built up significantly and my friend's throat was raw and her voice was hoarse. We decided we could not stay and booked a hotel. I immediately contacted the owner and explained the situation and asked them to charge us for the night and re-rent the room. When they finally responded they said there is no mold and they are planning to repaint soon and they hope we will enjoy the apartment anyway. I explained it was not possible and we had returned the keys. I asked about a refund and they said they would try to rent it on a different site but it was probably too late (during Paris fashion week with huge demands?) They stopped responding when I asked if they had any luck. So we paid both for a hotel and this apartment. I acknowledge that my friend's asthma is not the owner's problem but the unit obviously had issues and it's frustrating that we paid for a week when we could only be there for an hour.

Great location but very misleading photos

PROS: - Communicative host leading up to check-in day - Location is perfect - Decent price CONS: - Toilet is very small, pictures unfortunately mislead you. I am 5'9" and could not sit comfortably on the toilet as the wall directly in front obstructed my knees. Had I been taller then I would have to sit on it sideways so not even a warning or note in the listing description. - Host stopped replying when I first contacted them via same VRBO Chat. - Toilet seat & lid is misaligned so positioned in an inconvenient way to go toilet. - Under the bed was not cleaned properly so lot of dust and hair which could've been easily solved with a vacuum in 30 seconds. - Very heavy electric radiator only bolted with 2 small bolts into weak crumbly drywall that is very loose.

Location was easy to find and near 3 subway lines. Nearby Market and cafes make this spot convenient. Negatives include no cooling (not even a table fan) so the flat is always HOT!! A cheap table fan would have done miracles. There was an odd electronic chirp going off every 1 to 3 minutes which was annoying and took some getting use to. The neighbor is loud and comes home most nights close to Midnight and then stays up talking/fighting with someone until after 3. Because the walls are thin and you are forced to keep the window open for air, you hear everything. Wr did our best to drown them out with White Noise but that had it’s limitations too

Bij binnenkomst erg positief verrast naast de kleine beschadigingen op de muren en de wat kleine badkamer. Douche was wel goed en ruim. Echter hebben wij wel een bak met een klein dood muisje gevonden die ergens op was blijven staan. Erg van geschrokken natuurlijk maar zelfs met deze ervaring erg positief.

Jolie petit studio et surtout pratique

On a bougé dans le quartier avec des petits restos sympas et commodités.Le studio est coquet, propre et idéalement situé dans une cours en rez de chaussé.Un grand merci à la propriétaire.Le seul petit point faible, c'est qu'on ne peut pas fumer dans la cour.

Toller Standort in Paris - Nettes Apartment mit Mängel

zuerst die positiven Seiten:Die Kommunikation war super! Schnelle Antwort und auf meine Wünsche wurde prompt eingegangen! Top Standort in Paris - viele kleine Cafés/ Restaurants und Läden vor Ort. Gute Anbindung an die Metros und Busse. Das Apartment liegt im Rückgebäude dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und soweit gemütlich eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Handtuchheizung im Badi ist ein tolles Plus.Man kann sich wohlfühlen....negative Seite:Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein. Das gerade auf dem Klositzen geht nicht und auch nur bei offener Tür! Die Mauern sind leider feucht und muffelig - das heißt es roch nach Schimmel und der Putz löst sich von der Wand. Das Apartment warm zu bekommen geht in dem man die Vorhänge zuzieht (Fensterfront ist nicht dicht) und beide Heizkörper rund um die Uhr aufdreht. (gilt wahrscheinlich nur die kalte Jahreszeit). Was mir persönlich noch gefehlt hat war ein Schrank.

Great spot!

It’s a great spot in the middle of the city, nice neighboorhood and everything is close. Because of the old building the appartement is a bit moist sometimes but it was great overall. Spacious, had everything we needed and clean.

Giustamente economico

Stanza al piano terra in interno cortile, ottima se state tutto il giorno fuori. Prezzo competitivo, ma la stanza è molto semplice. Letto non molto confortevole. Se siete sensibili ai rumori, assicuratevi che la ventola del bagno sia stata riparata e non funzioni 24/7.
