Secluded Ocqueoc River House

Overlooking Ocqueoc River and quietly nestled back in the woods is your vacation retreat. Perched on the South Bank, the Back Deck provides spectacular morning and evening views of the river a stone's throw away.
This Ranch style house provides All the amenities of home. Three bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, provide ample sleeping space for six adults or a family of six. The Master bedroom has its own Full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a Full bathroom across the hall.
A Full kitchen allows for a relaxed start in the morning with coffee and breakfast on the Back Deck.
Spend the day Fishing or walking along the Ocqueoc River. Explore the rural scenery by taking the back roads to Ocqueoc Falls (6 mi.) or Rogers City (17 mi.).
Finalize the day with a bonfire in the back yard, watching the Sun set while chillin' on the Back Deck and Star Gazing the Light Free skies ;)

FYI: This house is used as the owner's vacation home. Therefore, you will find many extra utensils and bowls in the kitchen. Locked cupboards, closets and basement doors. Exterior game and security cameras. Pets are NOT allowed or an extra $100 cleaning fee plus damages.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please, turn off the A/C and in the winter set the temperature to 50*. Put away any of the provided toys, games and DVDs. You may leave the sheets on the beds and the towels hanging on the racks.
Lock all doors and windows. Have a safe drive and thank you for staying at our Ocqueoc River house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Have FUN and ENJOY the property. Please, do not destroy the house or vandalize (tagging or cutting of any live trees) the property. Thank you.
Please tidy up large messes. Cleaning charges DO NOT cover "Rock Star" messes;) Put Games, Toys, DVD's, etc. away.
Wash cookware. Put dishes in the dishwasher (soap is under sink) and START. Do NOT worry about the bed sheets. The cleaners will get them. Thank you:)

Our stay here was very peaceful. It was quiet and relaxing. We could hear coyotes at night. The beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was there. It was the perfect location for what we were doing up there. I would recommend this house for anyone to stay at.

This was a great property to stay at. Very secluded but close enough to local attractions. Enjoyed seeing turkeys and deer daily. Host was easy to contact and replied in a timely manner. Gave some great recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect space for our group and the view off the back porch is gorgeous. We saw deer and heard coyotes and turkeys. The house was very clean and well kept.

Friendly & Peaceful

Our stay was wonderful. House was very clean and perfect for our needs. The view out the back window was very pretty in the morning sun. We explored the surrounding areas and had a bonfire one evening with stars overhead and made some great family memories. Host was very communicative and helpful with recommendations for our quick trip.
