Después de un día de aventuras, relajarse y disfrutar de nuestro cómodo ciudad natal. Traer a su familia y / o amigos tomar ventaja de esta casa de la ciudad que dé cabida cómodamente a 9 personas, con sus 3 dormitorios, 1 cuarto de baño completo y baño de 3/4.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama superior de almohada extra grande. También podrá disfrutar del balcón de la habitación principal.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio superior de almohada.

El tercer dormitorio tiene un gemelo sobre litera de tamaño completo.


En la planta principal podrá disfrutar de una cocina, patio y sala de estar completamente amueblada. El salón también ofrece un sofá cama de matrimonio. También hay una lavadora y secadora para su uso.

El complejo de casa de la ciudad cuenta con una piscina compartida al aire libre y bañera de hidromasaje. También, un club con una sala de ejercicios, terreno de juego para los niños, y el hoyo de voleibol.

Townhome had everything we needed, and was central location for Zion and Bryce NP’s. Communication with Joann was great, she always answered promptly.Highly recommend this property!

Amazing rental

One of the best rentals we have stayed at, clean, comfortable, very well equipped, has everything you need for a wonder comfortable stay. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, We will definitely stay at it again if we are back in the area!

Wonderful stay

The condo is great and the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. My daughter spent hours in the pool between other activities in the area. Ran out of propane for the BBQ and the owner was very quick to come by with more. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Easy, clean, well located townhouse in Kanab. Easy access to the community pool wich was great with the children. Great location off the main road. We hiked the beautiful Sqaw trail directly from the townhouse.

Great time

Loved staying here! It had the perfect amount of space for a little extended family get away with some cousins. We had fun playing in the pool. Everything was clean. I especially appreciated that the checkout list was minimal.

Kanab get away

We had a great time at this VRBO. It was close to pool and hot tub. Close to Zion. Found a great restaurant downtown, Houstons. It was delicious. Would like to spend a little more time here to explore the area. Great place to stay. Would recommend to others.

Great location. Quiet, nice townhouse. Nice pool. Hiking right behind the complex. JoAnn was very responsive. Recommend Kanab Expeditions for UTV tour of Peekaboo Canyon - we had an almost private tour and they limit the UTVs per tour which is much more personal than the other tour companies. Big Al’s had great shakes and burgers.

Amazing Week in Kanab

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo for nearly a week. We walked from the front door to the nearby hiking trail system and were soon on top of the beautiful vermillion cliffs overlooking Kanab. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the pool where we went to cool off. Joann was great to work with. I highly recommend this property. They even let all nine of us stay there!

Comfortable townhome and perfect location

This was a very comfortable townhome in a perfect location for visiting the national parks in southwest Utah. The owners were very friendly and responsive. They came by the first night to show us how to use the new DISH network system on the TV so my husband could watch the NFL draft with no problems. The master bed was very comfortable and the home had everything we needed especially for cooking. The small fitness center and hot tub were very convenient. We also very much appreciated that they allowed pets. We have to travel with our pets because they need daily medication so this was very convenient. We explored and hiked all day and our pets slept all day. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Already looking forward to coming back

This town house was the first half of me and my two teen age children's spring break trip. The location is perfect with trips to Zion and Bryce so easy each day. It was nice to come home from a long day of hiking and cook on the grill and soak in the hot tub. The townhouse was so well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, utensils, spices, condiments. It truly had all the comforts of home.

Perfect for our family and visiting southern UT!

After 4 days in a hotel, it was great switching to a townhouse where all 5 of us had space to ourselves! A cold front prevented us from using the pool and hot tub but it was great for relaxing after our days at Zion and Bryce. Its close to a grocery store so easy to pick up food for when we were tired of eating out or just plain tired! Our last day we went to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park which is great for the kids and close!

It is a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with my daughter and her family, so there were 5 of us. The location is wonderful-close to Best Friends (where we were volunteering), the Grand Canyon (close enough that we went to the north rim and back in an afternoon), and lots of scenic views, hiking, etc. The place was SO nice: comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. It was cheaper than a hotel by far, and we had enough room to all spend time together, or to have a little quiet time each on our own. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have handy (right outside the patio door) when we'd get home from volunteering or road tripping. We had one little glitch with the a/c, but after a quick text, JoAnn and her husband showed up within minutes to check it out and get us cooling again. The washer and dryer in the townhome were great to have, so we didn't have to worry if we had packed enough clothes. My grandson (age 6) has already told us that we must go back next year and 'stay in the exact same place', except stay for a whole week this time. I hope that we are able to come back again and again, cuz it was the best vacation ever, and the townhome made it perfect!!

Excellent séjour, belle maison bien adaptee

Nous avons séjourné chez JoAnn pendant 2 semaines. Nous étions 3 adultes et un " grand" adolescent. La maison est propre, bien adaptée avec tout le nécessaire indispensable (Beaucoup de denrées ou produits de nettoyage laissés par les autres vacanciers ou offerts par JOAnn, bien pratique). Résidence calme, piscine petite mais fonctionnelle. Maison très bien située pour visiter les parcs nationaux qui sont à environ 1h30 de route. JoAnn a toujours répondu rapidement et de façon très gentille à nos questions. Prix peu excessif compte tenu des nombreuses prestations offertes par cette maison. A louer sans souci!!😉

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison. Nous étions 3 adultes et un "grand" adolescent. Maison très agréable, propre, avec tout le nécessaire indispensable. Résidence très calme. Petite piscine mais fonctionnelle. Maison idéalement située pour visiter les parcs nationaux (1h30 en moyenne de voiture). JoAnn a répondu très rapidement à nos questions de façon très gentille. Prix demande, plus que raisonnable par rapport à la qualité de vie offerte par la maison.

So much better than a hotel!

We planned a trip to Utah with not a lot of notice and were lucky enough to find this townhome for part of our trip. There were five of us with different sleeping schedules and this worked out perfectly. It was also nice having the pool and hot tub for our use after hiking each day. We also loved the trails right out behind the complex to watch the sunset each night. We all wished we could have stayed here longer.

Amazing place to stay-no more hotels for us!

This was the first time we used Home Away and we will never go back to a hotel! With a family of 5 it is always difficult to fit in a hotel room. From the start JoAnn was friendly and professional. She answered emails quickly and was very helpful! the townhouse was spotless and decorated in an adorable western theme! Our teenagers we so thankful to have a hot tub and their own space for downtime after long days of hiking! Joann continued to impress us by answering questions via text as well as bringing a brand new gas grill while we were there! Lucky! As if that wasn't enough, my youngest left his ipod and she immediately went to the townhome and shipped it that next day. Highly recommend!
