You reach in about 150 meters one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian area) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, living / dining area and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 width) and a wardrobe. In the living / sleeping area has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.). From the living room, the furnished terrace is off and invites you to linger and relax. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A private washing machine is available directly in the apartment. The entire apartment is equipped with electric shutters and underfloor heating.

Sehr schön, aber…

Das Bett war bei jeder Bewegung am knacken, dazu kommt, dass die Matratze steinhart war. Der Wasserkocher löst sich auf und könnte mal erneuert werden. Die Wandfliesen im Badezimmer neben der Tür lösen sich langsam, werden aber noch vom Fugenmörtel zusammen gehalten. Auf der Terrasse wächst das Unkraut. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und nah am Strand. Auch die Einkäufe können nah erledigt werden. Trotz der „Mängel“ waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Negativ war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Sie musste 2 mal nachgereinigt werden. Dies geschah unkompliziert nach einem Anruf in der Objektbetreuung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir möchten uns für das tolle Appartement ( Strandroggen) bedanken. Wir fanden alles ordentlich und sauber vor. Es fehlt allerdings ein Spiegel und die WC-Bürste sollte auch gewechselt werden. Ansonsten ist hier wirklich alles okay besonders die gute Lage zum Strand ist schön. Wir werden uns bestimmt wiedersehen. Bis bald VG Gernot & Sabine
