This first floor, sunlit flat has been recently renovated with no detail spared! Open concept living! Gorgeous chefs kitchen with splashy waterfall counter and gorgeous tiling. New Furnishings! King bedroom has spa like bathroom adjoining, with dresser and smart TV. Queen bedroom is furnished with smart TV and dresser, a second modern bathroom is in hallway along with stack washer and dryer. Everything is newly renovated with attention to detail! The living room adjoins to an office/study where you will find a sleeper sofa, for guests, or leave it as is for an office (there is a desk). The french doors close off for some privacy. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. This unit is chic and sleek with a spa like vibe! Also has AC mini splits for those humid days. This is a gem of a place. Please make note that you are less than a mile to Baileys and Rejects beach and a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Newport, but still in a very peaceful and quiet location! If you have any questions just reach out!! Share/split time with friends and family!!This condo like unit is worth it!! LOCATION is ideal!! 3 parking spots and cute back deck!

Lovely condo in a great location!

My family and I stayed here recently for a week. The interior is spotless and modern, with every amenity one could possibly want or need. The unit has three dedicated off-street parking spaces, which was a nice surprise. Location was fantastic, with downtown Newport and beaches easily accessible within a few minute drive.

Fantastic find in the heart of Newport

After staying at many VRBO homes, it was a first for us to be the inaugural guests at this beautiful property, which is conveniently located to a number of great spots in Newport, many of which are within walking distance. The owners have outdone themselves in refurbishing this apartment, which has a private entrance in the back of the house along with designated parking. The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the expected amenities and then some ... including a well-stocked kitchen, wine fridge, super comfortable beds, lux linens, TVs in every room, generous closet space, etc. The apartment is the perfect spot in which to relax or come home to after a day at the beach and / or sightseeing. To be fair to future renters, the apartment is in a multi-family home and, on occasion, we could hear the residents upstairs and the garage doors opening and closing below us. We weren't bothered in the least bit, but thought it worth noting that it is not a stand-alone house. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when we are next in Newport.

Amazing unit in an outstanding location!

We stayed at this location for a regatta hosted by SailNewport, and it was FANTASTIC! The unit looked exactly like the pictures, well appointed with everything we needed for the 10-day stay. Could not have had a better location, with everything seemingly 5 minutes or less away - a 4 minute drive to the boat and a 5 minute drive from downtown. Charlie and Lisa were incredibly responsive and just great people!

Die Unterkunft war super in jeder Hinsicht! Die Möbel waren hochwertig und kein bisschen abgewohnt. Die Küche war sehr durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet mit Weinkühler und einem Hochleistungsherd. Das Geschirr, vor allem die Gläser und das Besteck waren sehr schön. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber.Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren könnte, dann höchstens, dass das 2.Bad sehr klein und ohne Abstellmöglichkeiten war. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

We are a partnership of two couples, with a couple of decades between us, and with a common goal to provide a cool, modern, and unique property for people to come and enjoy while vacationing in Newport. We tried to check as many amenity boxes as we could! It has been fun doing this project and hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!

After living in a different part of the country, wanted to buy in Newport with the hopes of coming back in retirement.

What makes this property unique is that you are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but can easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. It also has parking for 3 cars which is hard to come by in Newport! You are less than a mile to 2 beaches and Ocean Dr. and a quick walk up to Bellevue Ave! This location is PRIME!! We completely overhauled this unit, with the intention of turning this unit into a condo in the future. All modern amenities and new furnishings throughout with the most comfortable mattresses! It is tastefully appointed with subtle minimalistic decor and fully stocked with entertaining in mind. Open to rental terms, short or long term.....price will vary!
