Situated on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large, bright bedroom with access to the garden, two shower rooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a garden of around 2,000 m²! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (top-of-the-range 160x200) and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 17 m² with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk area
- Shower room 1: with shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and storage space
- Shower room 2 (adjoining the bedroom): with shower, washbasin, WC and storage space

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue.

Outside:
- An unfenced, south-facing 28 m² wooden terrace overlooking a private part of the garden, with 2 sun loungers. It also has garden furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A 2,000 m² garden, unfenced and partly shared

The house is ideally located in Bannalec, in a wooded, peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
