You'll love the exceptional location on Guidel-Plages' famous pedestrian promenade, facing the ocean. Leave your car in your private parking space and forget about it during your stay: beaches, coastal paths, restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlours, food shops, market, supermarket, casino... Everything is less than 5/10 minutes' walk away.
Explore the 2 fabulous coastal running trails or explore the laĂŻta by paddle, canoe or on foot from the flat. Nearby, the Guidel-Plages marina and Ploemeur golf course. For those with a sweet tooth, there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering seafood and local cuisine.
The maisonette is over 40 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Wake up to sea views before breakfast on the sunny terrace. During the day and in the evening, you can enjoy the sunny outdoor space until sunset (terrace, garden furniture), in complete peace and privacy.
Every detail has been thought of to ensure you have the best possible stay!
The residence has a communal swimming pool open from June to September.
