Our detached cottage with south facing terrace and garden, beautifully situated at the foot of the Zugspitze mountain overlooking the Zugspitze Ehrwald and Lermoos. View from the finest!
From the comfortable apartment with its large sunny south-facing terrace you have a magnificent unobstructed view of the sun tip and the surrounding mountains. On foot you are within a few minutes in the ski resort weather stone lift and a sunny slope and the hiking trails in the area of the Zugspitze. Our location is the ideal starting point for hiking, alpine cross, mountain biking and climbing tours in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena.
Whether winter or summer sports: skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, canyoning, paragliding or swimming, model airplanes - our apartment is the perfect base to explore our beautiful Alpine world!

Great location, very helpful owner

My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The owner was extremely accommodating and very helpful with directions. We cannot say enough about how we enjoyed getting to know this lovely family. Also, we rented 3 different apartments during our time in Austria and Haus Leonard had the nicest shower of all the places we stayed.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Super Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf ehrwald und die dahintergelegenen Berge. Super Ausstattung! Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar war, wenn nötig. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Blick und herzliche Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mit schönem Blick und Terrasse in Ehrwald. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man zu zweit benötigte. Die Gastgeberin Sabine war sehr nett, unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir würden wiederkommen. :)

Sehr Schönes Apartment in Ehrwald mit Traumhaftes Blick.

Das Appartement war sehr Sauber und hatte alles das man brauch für eine schöne Urlaub zu geniessen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und die Perfekte Kulisse für schöne romantische Frühstücke oder Abend Essen. Das Appartement liegt in sehr Ruhige Lage, hat aber Gute Verbindung für notwendige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nahe. Sabine ist eine Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns Gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir sind sehr Zufrieden und wurden immer wieder gerne zurück bei Sabine unsere Urlaub in Zugspitze Arena Bereich buchen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, das Dorfzentrum kann man zu Fuss auf einem Spazierweg in 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Brötchenservice um 7 Uhr ist superpraktisch. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir jeweils nach dem Wandern den sonnigen Gartensitzplatz mit toller Aussicht geniessen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was es braucht. Sabine ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Wandertipps gegeben. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war das harte Bett. Sonst war alles top!
