Unsere Erwartung wurde übertroffen

Wir waren 1Woche lang zu 6 Personen in diesem Haus. Und es gibt tatsächlich nur Positives zu berichten. Das Haus ist für eine Familie perfekt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Das Haus hatte alle nötigen Utensilien, die man braucht. Der Hausbesitzer hat für die Gäste wirklich an alles gedacht! Selten sowas erlebt. Großzügige Kleiderschränke, 2 Badezimmer mit einer Waschmaschine. Einfach gut! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es gab ein üppiges Willkommensgeschenk. So aufmerksam! Die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten gut. Der große Swimmingpool im Garten war ein Traum. Man sieht, dass das Haus und der Garten liebevoll gekümmert werden. Unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hauses gibt es Kieselsteinstrände + Meer. 8min mit Auto vom Haus entfernt gibt es Supermärkte. 15-20min mit Auto ist die wunderschöne Stadt Cefalù. Die Ansprechpartnerin des Hauses war jederzeit erreichbar. Sie kann jedoch nur Italienisch, aber da ist der Google Translator sehr hilfreich! Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen definitiv weiter 💕

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni favolosi, Tra relax, natura, cura degli ambienti e gentilezza e professionalità. La bellezza della casa insieme alla cortesia e affabilità della sig.ra L. , e del proprietario hanno reso questa settimana veramente indimenticabile. Speriamo di ritornare al più presto.

Wunderbar!

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Es hat einen großen sehr gepflegten Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der uns während der ärgsten Hitze gerettet hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Traumhaftes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln

Wie abgebildet. Der Garten der Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Pool war in dieser Zeit (Sept/Okt) sehr kalt. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Allem ausgestattet, auch sonst fehlt im Haus grundsätzlich nichts. Jedoch erinnert einem die Kücheneinrichtung etwas an einen Flohmarkt und wirkt etwas schmuddelig. Hier wäre neues Inventar überfällig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, kann aber ausser Italienisch keine andere Sprache. Trotzdem hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Schöne Villa für perfekten Urlaub

Villa liegt sehr sehr günstig auf der Insel aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Viele Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten in vernünftigter Ausfluslänge. Vielseitiger schöner Strand ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg. Betreuung vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich an der Finca zum Check-In Empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt was zu beachten ist. Einige kleine Goodies an Essen und Trinken wurden uns sogar vorab kostenfrei hingestellt, die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren. In der Finca hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht was man benötigen könnte. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist ein Traum und der Grillbereich hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!

A well kept and comfortable villa with pool

This 3 bed villa is very well laid out with a private enclosed garden and pool. We were very comfortably and enjoyed the place a lot. The owner is very helpful and even took us out around the vicinity to point out the landmarks and best restaurants! We would happily come again here, it is well located with the beach very close by

Très bon séjour

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. A notre arrivée, il nous attendait avec une corbeille des produits locaux. La maison est parfaitement équipée, d’une propreté irréprochable.La literie est très confortable.L’espace piscine est très agréable, le jardin bien entretenu. Pas de nuisance sonore bien que la maison soit dans un lotissement. Rien à redire, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Italiaans ingericht, nette grote tuin, schoon huis en een heerlijk zwembad. Een aardige behulpzame eigenaar, er stond een welkomstpakket voor ons klaar. Heerlijk om zo de vakantie te beginnen. Een minpuntje zijn de matrassen, er zit een plastic laagje in waardoor je erg gaat zweten... Dit is makkelijk opgelost door er n badlaken in te leggen, verder prima matrassen en goed kunnen slapen. Ooit zullen wij hier nog terug gaan!

Ferienhaus Jancaliva - ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Jancaliva (Pendant zu Villa Olivella) Ende Oktober bis Anfang November war ein Traum. Nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Vermieter XXX wurden wir nach unserer Ankunft in Cefalu von Marianna abgeholt, zum Feriendomizil geleitet und dort liebevoll eingewiesen. Mittagessen war für uns bereits besorgt und bereitgestellt. Das war eine große tolle Überraschung. Andreas
