In a semi-mountainous setting in the Livradois Forez park, 6 km from Saint Rémy sur Durolle (small village) with all amenities and a lake with swimming pool, playgrounds, tennis courts and restaurants. 12 km from Thiers (population 12,000), world capital of cutlery, with its medieval charm and breathtaking views over the Limagne plain, the Gergovie plateau and the Chaîne des Puys. 30 km from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy de Dôme, charming and welcoming 60m2 house with kitchen opening onto dining area, living room and toilet. On the first floor, a bathroom with shower suitable for people with reduced mobility, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small balcony, the other with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, Large plot of land behind the house with wooden awning, Great walks possible, typical village nearby and local produce.
