El apartamento está ubicado en una casa maravillosamente modernizada en una ubicación histórica popular en el Prenzlauer Berg de Berlín. En las inmediaciones hay restaurantes de moda, bares, pubs, tiendas para las necesidades diarias.
Supermercado abierto las 24 horas al otro lado de la calle.
El Schönhauser Arkaden y un cine están a 3-5 minutos a pie. Pero también se puede llegar en pocos minutos a pie a Max-Schmeling-Halle, Kultur Brewery, Pfefferberg o Kollwitz Platz.
Las estaciones de S-Bahn en las líneas 4, 8 y 85 están a unos 150 metros.
Metro línea U2 y también parada de tranvía Metro Tram M1.
Con la línea de metro U2 puedes llegar a todos los importantes y sin cambiar de tren
Turistas que visitan los lugares interesantes de Berlín, como Alexander Platz (solo 4 paradas)
Hackescher Markt, Potsdamer Platz, Wittenberg Platz (¡la visita a KaDeWe es imprescindible!) y desde allí la maravillosa Kurfürstendamm.
El apartamento está en la planta baja, tranquilo al patio. Hay dos entradas: desde Greifenhagener Straße 62 o por el patio desde el famoso Schönhauser Allee 63. También muy recomendable para familias con niños pequeños, ya que ambas entradas que conducen al patio están cerradas, en las que hay un hermoso parque infantil. También hay muchos parques infantiles grandes cerca.
El apartamento es de 61 metros cuadrados, tiene 3 habitaciones: (2 dormitorios + sala de estar con alojamiento para dormir) con cocina, baño, pasillo y una acogedora terraza. Ocupación hasta 6 personas. Para que no le falte nada durante su estadía, este es un televisor completamente cómodo y moderno, sistema de alta fidelidad, desde la tabla de planchar hasta las copas de vino.

Good location to stay in Berlin

An older style apartment, in a good location. An unattractive entrance to the block of apartments, and if the bedrooms had been furnished with matching bedding/linen it would have felt more welcoming. Things like an older ladder next to the wardrobe and the vaccum cleaner behind the bedroom door, didn't impress our friend. The bathroom is off the kitchen, which was a little strange, but an old style East German apartment I guess. The beds were good, as we slept well, and the apartment was quiet.

Dirty apartment with spotty wifi

Apartment was drab and dusty with dirty walls and light fixtures. Dirty knick knacks were everywhere. Spotty and intermittent wifi. Master bed mattress was thin and hard. Vinyl couch seats sliced up and frayed. 2nd bedroom was tiny with dirty mops and a high chair next to the bed. Some light bulbs were burned out. These people need a wake up call! We asked for several things and Alla berated me on the phone. One thing we never got. The water pressure was very good with immediate hot water. The listing pictures may have been taken when the apartment was first decorated. The location was conveniently located near public transport, and a grocery. I don't recommend this place.

I was happy when the guests left our apartment. Very annoying, constant wishes, but sometime should be conclusive.

Gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage aber SEHR schmutzig

Der Kontakt vor dem Urlaub war gut und nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe war gewöhnungsbedürftig und aufgrund der Sprachbarriere mit dem Schlüssel-Übergebenden war es nicht möglich, Fragen zustellen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte die Wohnung zwar renovierungsbedürftig aber in Ordnung und eher gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns über nette Gesten, wie Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülmittel gefreut. Jedoch wurde direkt nach dem Abstellen der Taschen klar, dass der Boden sehr schmutzig war und sämtliche Ablageflächen verklebt, verstaubt oder in sonstiger Weise verdreckt waren. Nach der ersten Nacht in wirklich bequemen Betten, bemerkten wir bei der Zubereitung des Frühstücks, dass nicht ein Teller, nicht eine Tasse oder ein Besteckteil sauber waren. Alles war verklebt, verkrustet und einfach mit mindestens monatelang eingetrockneten Speiseresten verklebt. Der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und die Kaffeemaschine unbenutzbar verkeimt. Wir haben uns das nötigste soweit gesäubert, dass wir leben konnten. Waren aber insgesamt froh, die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen betreten zu müssen. Wir haben sofort versucht, Kontakt zum Vermieter aufzunehmen, um hier eine Lösung bzw ein Entgegenkommen zu erzielen. Doch es gab keine Rückmeldung. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht! Da der volle Mietpreis vorab bezahlt werden musste, haben wir wohl keine Möglichkeit mehr, irgendeine Art von Ausgleich zu erhalten. Hier wird ein absoluter Saustall verhältnismäßig teuer vermietet. Wir können es nur für "hartgesottene" empfehlen oder für Menschen, die gern putzen.

Nach mehr als ein Jahre Pause wegen Corona, Beate war unser erster Gast. Die leere Zeit davor, haben wir genutzt um die Wohnung zu renovieren, viele neue Möbel gekauft, auch Matratzen in Betten wurden ausgetauscht… Und schon nach eine verbrachten Nacht in unsere Wohnung kam die Nachricht von Beate… sie wollte ein Teil von dem bezahlten Preis zurück, weil in der Wohnung nicht sauber war, was überhaupt nicht stimmen konnte. Natürlich ich habe auf die Nachricht nicht mal reagiert, denn ich lasse mich nicht erpressen!

Apartment Renovierung dringend nötig

Wir waren in den Februar Ferien in Berlin und fanden es ganz toll wie immer. Aber unsere Unterkunft war nicht so der Renner. Der Vermieter war uns gegenüber sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist zwar top, aber das Apartment müsste mal renoviert werden und vorallem sollte man es sauber übergeben ! Das Geschirr in der Küche, habe ich gleich wieder so schmutzig, wie es war in den Schrank gestellt. Das geht garnicht. Gott sei Dank hatte ich alles dabei, um das Geschirr was wir benutzen wollten , vorher noch einmal abzuwaschen. Das Bad war auch sehr schmutzig . Wir konnten auch zeitig rein. Ich würde dieses Apartment nur nochmal buchen, wenn es renoviert und vorallem sauber ist.

Pas mal!

L'appartement est bien situé et très calme. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Malheureusement, le matelas du lit double est vraiment médiocre. Or, ma femme et moi avons l'habitude du confort. Alors… Pour le reste, nous avons mangé au bistrot et n'avons pas employé la cuisine sur laquelle nous n'avons pas de commentaires à faire.

Danke für die Bewertung. Die Matratze ist so eine Sache ,, einem ist bequem, anderem nicht, so wie zum beispiel die Kissen (haben wir in der Wohnung verschiedene) Darum haben wir sogar einen Topper für die Matratze gekauft, für den bequemeren Schlaf.

Appartement fonctionnel en plein centre adapté pour les familles

Au rez supérieur, cet appartement est très pratique avec des enfants, de plus calme. Une place de jeux dans la cours intérieur est fortement appréciée. Agencé, confortable, et les propriétaires très sympa, je conseille cet appartement. Dans les alentours vous trouverez commerces, places de jeux, restaurants et arrêts de S-bahn et U-Bahn.

Sehr gut, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Positiv: Sehr gute ruhige Lage, Schallusien in jedem Zimmer, alles vorhanden, geräumig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, S-Bahn - Busstation alles gut zu erreichen. Negativ: Internet fiel leider immer wieder aus, Neustart des Routers hat aber immer geholfen. Sehr schlechter empfang des TV Programmes, wenige Sender (DVBT) , konnte man auch beheben indem man die Antenne neu positionierte. Alles im allem, für mich empfehlenswert. Daumen Hoch ! Man ist ja auch in Berlin um etwas zu sehen und nicht in der Bude zu hocken.

Appartement bien situé et confortable pour5 personnes très accessible et proche des transports en commun et dans un quartier calme et agréable. Pourquoi dans le contrat de location il est fait mention Du prix de 420 euros et en plus de 2 vacanciers au prix de 120 euros en complément.Aucune explication n'est donnée.!!!Nous souhaitons une réponse de votre part et vous remercions par avance. n

Prima Lage, Wohnung ok.

Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung und war sauber, aber schon etwas heruntergekommen. Die Fotos sind sicherlich schon ein paar Jahre alt. :-) Küche und Bad sind sehr eng, das Waschbecken im Bad ist so klein, dass man fast automatisch das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt, wenn man es benutzt. Dass eines der 3 genannten Schlafzimmer das Wohnzimmer ist, könnte man etwas deutlicher machen, auf dem Sofa schläft es sich allerdings ganz gut (auch wenn die übrigen Mitbewohner bei jedem nächtlichen Badbesuch direkt daran vorbei müssen). Der Kontakt war sehr nett und es war alles da, was wir für 3 Nächte brauchten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell, Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants und jede Menge Bahn-, Tram- und Busstationen in der Nähe, so dass man schnell überall hinkommt.

Schöne, für einen Kurztrip gut geeignete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles sah so aus wie auf den Fotos, sauber und ordentlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt, sehr nette Vermieter. Die einzigen Nachteile waren dass die Wohnung zunächst sehr kalt war und es lange dauert bis sie warm wird- ist eben ein Altbau mit hohen Decken - und der Fernseher, mit dem man nur öffentlich rechtliche Sender bekommt. Wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem jederzeit wieder mieten, da uns sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Lage gut gefallen haben. Man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht und die Verkehrsanbindung an S und U Bahn ist sehr gut. Alles in allem - klare Weiterempfehlung!:)

Excellent location in Prenzlauer, plenty of room for family of 4

Conversation with Marc was very good...he was very flexible with check-in/check-out times. Marc met me at the apartment without any problems (I only had email access while traveling and he was very responsive with a quick turnaround). He seems to be a very kind and generous person. The apartment is quite spacious and is described appropriately. It is little worn around the edges, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is not large, but I think that is standard in Europe, and it has a full tub, which is not as common. The apartment is very quiet; we left the windows open all night and were not woken up by any loud noises. It is in a building with a series of courtyards, so it is closed off from the busy outside street. The location was excellent, near many restaurants (we loved Mr. Le and the Prater Beer Garden, and there is a ton of other options within a short stroll), transportation (the M1 is an easy ride to Hackesher Market, the U2 to all of Berlin's top sites), and grocery (there's a Reve across the street). I would absolutely stay here again and I think the price per night is quite fair. Overall, a great experience that I highly recommend.

Da ist ein Stern noch zu viel…

… die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Richtig sauber war auch nicht! Die Matratze ging leider gar nicht, wir könnten kaum schlafen, so dass wir nach einer Nacht frühzeitig ausgezogen sind. Der Vermieter war sehr unfreundlich und unverständlich am Telefon und ist uns kein bisschen entgegen gekommen. Wenn es ging, würden wir null Sterne vergeben! Wofür hier 30€ Reinigungskosten genommen werden, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Sauber geputzt wird hier nicht! Wir können die Wohnung auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!!

This is the perfect spot to explore Berlin from.

I was impressed with how accommodating the owners were. They held our bags for us until we could check in later in the day which freed us up to run around Berlin for the day since we flew in so early. The Place is nicely kept and clean. It is a 2 bedroom with the 3rd room being the living room that has a comfy sofa someone can sleep on. The refrigerator in the fully stocked kitchen is tiny by USA standards but as I later found out exactly the size everyone in Germany uses. They could replace one of the nonstick pans that has lost it's coating in the center, but other than that you have everything you need to cook up a meal if you so choose. The one bathroom is off the kitchen and has a nice deep tub in it. Great for soaking at the end of a long day. There are two entrances that face different streets. One will take you to a few places to eat, and if you walk over the bridge, to the Laundromat. The other entrance will take you to the subway and rail stop literally across the street and you can get to anywhere in Berlin on a metro pass for A/B sectors. There is also a full service grocery store across the street as well as a 24hr connivence store right next to the door that takes you to the street. I keep saying "to the street" because the apartment is in a lovely large enclosed courtyard with a playground and walkway. It keeps out the road noise from the streets. You have to try the 2Euro old fashioned photo booth that gives you an old time black and white strip of 4 photos. My friends and family had so much fun taking different shots each day and giving them as gifts to loved ones. They are said to last 100yrs. We had a child with us on the trip and really used and enjoyed the small toy shop next to the photo booth. Best place to buy items to keep a 2year old busy and happy. This was my first time to Berlin, and I could not have picked a better place to set up home base in and go exploring. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to town. It is great for families as well as just friends traveling together.
