The apartment is located in a very central part of Berlin Schöneberg—just two stops from Potsdamer Platz. This apartment in a historic building has been renovated and is very tastefully decorated. You’ll find all the amenities you’re used to at home here as well: a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and towels, shower gel, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The separate, spacious bedroom and the comfortable sleeper sofa in the combined living-bedroom area allow four people to enjoy a cozy vacation together. Located in the heart of City West and directly connected to 5 different public transportation routes (S-Bahn and U-Bahn at Yorckstr./Großgörschenstr., and buses), you’ll be able to reach all of the city’s sights quickly and easily. You won’t need a car to get around Berlin. Bedding, towels, as well as oil, vinegar, and the most essential spices are provided in the apartments.

Great area!

Neighborhood was excellent and people were so friendly. Great access to transportation (S and U Baun/tram). It was a wonderful experience and I will likely do it again in the future.

Perfect Place to Stay in Berlin

This apartment is perfect. Very comfortable, quiet and a GREAT location. There is a grocery store a block away; the S1 train is 2 blocks away and this train will take you to all the sites in Berlin. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Berlin.

Nice Refuge

This was the perfect place to get acclimated after the long flight from Los Angeles. Nearby both S-bahn and U-bahn, a wonderful döner place and a Rewe supermarket. Everything was comfortable in the flat.

This apartment was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 visiting Berlin. The bedroom was very big and provided lots of room for our kids to play. The main living area is open and had two sleeper sofas, One was a bit broken in and the other was more comfortable. The apartment is located very close to a grocery store, a U/S-Bahn line, and two fun playgrounds. I have 3 big critiques about our stay - 1) the water was near impossible to get to a comfortable temperature. It was either burning hot or ice cold, which made bathing the kids difficult and showers for the adults not enjoyable. 2) the toilet seat did not fit correctly on the toilet. This may seem like a silly complaint, but it made "Toilet Time" very uncomfortable and a challenge for our 4 year old to use. - These two things were manageable for our 4 night stay, however if we were staying longer it would have been a larger issue. The 3rd - additional "home goods" were not provided. I ended up buying things like extra garbage bags, laundry soap, and paper towels, which is inconvenient for staying less than a week. I do think this is normal for hosts to not provide, but I find it frustrating every time.

Great location near travel options

Our host had excellent instructions for entry. We enjoyed the size of the apt. and all appliances worked except for an electric kettle. Good correspondance on resetting the breaker. We enjoyed our stay very much

Super Apartment - near Yorkshire station U bahn

The apartment is realy like you can see on the foto's. Lovely decorrated and has everything you need. The supermarket is nearby and the station is at 400 meter, so very cloose by. Wifi is perfect, bathroom nice and modern. We had a very nice stay in Berlin.

Large, well located apartment

This was by far the largest apartment we stayed in during our trip to Europe. The kitchen was so well stocked that we cooked many meals there. The grocery store was just down the street and the train stations and bus routes provided easy access to the rest of the city and airport. The building was quiet and the host was very responsive and flexible.

great spot

i will definitely be back with my grown up sons so i can show them some of their heritage. with the bus train and subway system we were half an hour from anything we wanted to do. grocery store right there, coffee shop. great location. and a solid bed mattress. apartment totally clean and usable

Très bon séjour dans ce très agréable appartement situé dans un quartier très calme et très proche du centre. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire par SMS mais impossible de la joindre par les messages Abritel. Je recommande !

The apartment was clean, spacious and reasonably appointed in a good location close to plenty of transfer options. There are plenty of surrounding supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Ania's communicated well. Strangely she indicated that a friend of hers was coming to do work in the apartment while we were there. I think in reality it was an apartment condition check...it made no difference to us.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage – U-Bahn/S-Bahn Station sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles ist vorhanden. Zudem ist die Wohnung aufgeräumt und sauber gewesen. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
