Casa#A105 is an excellent, affordable Ground floor property that you will certainly love. Unit#A105 has great access in the complex, only 4 doors in from the general parking area. Close to the Pool too! Adorable Unit with Garden Views!
WIFI, Cable TV, Elevators at complex, Beach gear! Look no further!
There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for access!
This unit has Central AC & the Unit has a King Sized bed! Queen Sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

The owners of Unit#105 want to provide the best service possible for their guests.
Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#105 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Casa de Emdeko #105 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Loved the 2 pools, clean and quiet grounds. Laundry on site was so convenient. Short walk to ali'i market gardens for shopping and snacks. Condo was clean and location is great.

Saltwater pool is amazing being right on the ocean. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, although we ate local fruit and a lot of rice and spam. centrally located perfectly between town and beaches with a mini mart at the front of the condos.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa de Emdeko! Without hesitation we would stay here again.The condo itself was incredibly well stocked, there were plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more: a coffee grinder and coffee maker, Tupperware, dish tabs, and even a few laundry detergent pods. It made settling in so easy.The condo was also generously stocked with beach gear ,chairs, pool noodles, coolers, and boogie boards, which made our beach and pool days effortless and fun.Our 5-year-old absolutely loved sleeping on the pull-out bed and felt so grown up having her own little space. It made the stay extra special for her.The property itself is a true hidden gem. The two pools were so much fun, and we met some incredibly friendly and kind people, especially toward our daughter, which we appreciated so much. The landscaping is stunning, and the little sandy area by the ocean was the perfect place to relax and even whale watch.The only small suggestion would be that the living room rug isn’t really needed. The ceiling fans were great and the blackout blinds awesome! We can’t wait to come back!

Really good value for the money

This condo had everything we wanted: first floor, pool( bonus was on the beach) beach front, Secure for us and car, clean, modern, and had sports equipment to borrow.

We loved our stay here and will definitely look forward to returning the next time we are in Kona. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The bed has a bit of a dip but was still comfortable. Sheets and linens great. We loved that we had all the amenities for spending a day the beach. Two things that were frustrating was that the washing machine (with a light load) would shake so loudly we were worried the neighbors would be disturbed. The other was the bedroom blinds that didn’t close all the way. We had to put a towel over a portion for privacy. Hopefully easy fixes. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and it was nice and quiet here with the convenience of a store for all our needs in front of the property. Thank you!

We love the lower unit and the complex itself. The saltwater pool is a plus in my opinion. Having an indoor washer and dryer is a plus. We love the location and there is a mini market right in front in case you forgot something. The management company is great to deal with and always accomodating. Can't wait to come back again.

Kitchen is well stocked, the patio space is nice to get outdoors, and the space is in a central location, close to all tourist attractions but not too far from the local places we wanted to visit as well. Only downside is no AC but that is common on the island. Fans in all the rooms were helpful in keeping it cool!

The two pools were wonderful and the salt water pool oceanside was our favorite. The resort grounds were landscaped beautifully and the layout for chairs allowed for various areas to relax and soak up the sun. The property itself was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. The two fans kept it comfortably cool in the residence. It was convenient to have a liquor/market near the resort. We would definitely recommend this property for rental.

They were doing some scheduled AC maintenance so we did not have AC for the entire week. I feel that they should have given an advisory so we could have found another property or we should have received reduced rental since the AC was a selling point. It is not too late to di=o that.
