🐶We know it is difficult to find welcoming places that accept your fur baby. We thoughtfully designed our place to be dog friendly and keep our fees low at only $150 per stay (up to 3 dogs total) with advanced approval. Large dogs need love too and we proudly accept all sizes and breeds. Your fur baby will love KOM House’s fully fenced back yard, and special amenities.

NWA Getaway

Quick 3 day roadtrip. Owner was very accommodating to our last last minute booking. We loved the location. Clean house with everything we needed. Keurig, bike rack, bike wash and repair kit were great additions. Backyard has a nice chillax ambiance complete with hot tub, fire pit with seating and lights. Would definitely recommend and will consider another stay next time we are in the area.

Perfect getaway

Perfect visit to Bentonville, AR. Host was gracious and available for all our needs. Home was clean and fully stocked with all we needed for an MTB vacation...with plenty of room to store our bikes and relax in the hottub after a long day on the trails. Perfectly located within short distance to Coler and downtown Bentonville and the myriad of trails along the Greenway and Slaughter Pen.

Short stay in Bentonville

The KOM house was the perfect stopover for us in Bentonville - excellently located for biking and sightseeing outings, very clean and comfortable, with helpful and easy-to-reach hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Few Days Getaway

Clean, comfortable. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Location was spot on and able to bike right to trails. Hosts were very quick to respond.

Perfect property for cycling and small group stay

This property was done very well. The host spent money making the things that matter high quality while not spending money on things less important. Example, great beds, good shower, nice furniture to sit on, good thermostat but not fancy things. We felt very comfortable in the home. Location is minutes away from mtn bike trails and also the hopping city center. I highly recommend this place for a small 2-3 group of people going mountain biking or an outdoor activity. Example of the little things. There was a wash stand for the bike, but also a bucket, chain cleaner, and some tools to adjust your bike if needed. Including a floor pump for inflating tires. A well equipped house.

I LOVE this place!!

You won’t go wrong staying here especially if you have pets or bikes or just want a great place to stay in Bentonville! We loved it! The beds are sooooo comfy, lots of extra touches! Just don’t stay when we want to come back! Loved it!!!

Everything you need!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything, comfortable and literally had everything you need. All the extras were there - ice machine, coffee/tea, stocked kitchen and extra toiletries & personal items. There was a book with information regarding trails, restaurants and household information. I contacted our host and they responded very quickly. It made our whole trip easy and more enjoyable as we felt taken care of. We have used VRBO for years - and this is by far the best!

Had everything we needed!

Jessica was very friendly and the house had everything we needed. Neighborhood a little sketchy. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Place smelled a bit like dogs but understandable since pets are allowed.

Super close to Coler and great for dogs.

Super easy and quick ride down to Coler from this place! You could even ride to Slaughter Pen, but we opted to drive and it was only 5ish minutes away. We brought our 2 large dogs and the yard was the perfect size for them to run around in. House was cute and clean, zero complaints.

Great location for pets

Great house that was centrally located. House had everything you could want and the fenced yard was great for our two large dogs. I would highly recommend.

Great getaway!

The KOM house was a great place to stay for our last minute and short trip to Bentonville! The house had everything we needed for us and our two dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect and the location was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go! Thanks!

Perfect mountain biking house

Mountain Biker Centric house, amenities & location!

Nicely renovated and located home with ample room and features all mountain bikers will appreciate. From stocked coffee pods, stocked kitchen, bathroom, secured bike storage, bike tools and an outdoor fire pit, everything you need it at your finger tips!!

Wonderful stay in Bentonville!

The KOM house was the perfect place for our spring break trip to Bentonville. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. The house contains more thoughtful extras than I can mention, but suffice to say these hosts thought of everything. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
