The Space:

Discover this superb apartment of over 50m², combining comfort and elegance, just a stone's throw from the Luxembourg Gardens. It is located on the 2nd floor in a calm & secure residence with elevator.

Ideal for an unforgettable stay in Paris, it offers a bright and carefully designed space to ensure well-being and serenity.

IMPORTANT: The building’s elevator is currently out of service for an undetermined period. This situation is managed by the building’s co-ownership and is beyond our control. We inform all guests of this before booking. No rate adjustments or compensation requests related to this temporary unavailability can be accepted.



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200cm), built-in storage & Smart TV. Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay, so you can travel light and enjoy your Parisian getaway to the fullest.

• A bathroom: modern walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo are also provided.

Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the apartment.

• A laundry area: it contains a washing machine, as well as an iron & ironing board.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine & dishwasher, as well as a complete set of utensils for preparing your meals.

• A spacious living room: double sofa bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A dining area: a dining table that seats up to four people, ideal for relaxing.

You will stay in the heart of the popular 6th arrondissement, in the elegant Odéon district where Parisian life is revealed at every street corner. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find iconic cafes like Café Ladurée, Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, as well as typical restaurants such as Le Polidor and 13 au Jardin, perfect for lunch or dinner after a day of sightseeing. For your daily shopping, mini markets and grocery stores are within walking distance such as Carrefour Market, Carrefour Express and Monoprix - Boulevard Saint-Michel, ideal for bread, fruit, snacks and local products. Taxi: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 - €60.

Public Transport: Take the RER B towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station. Then, transfer to Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Taxi: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.

Public Transport: Take the Orlyval tram to Antony station. Then, take the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport/Mitry-Claye and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Transfer to Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 45 to 55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord:

Taxi: Approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.

Public Transport: Take Metro Line 4 directly towards Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes.

Included Services:

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort and convenience during your stay.

A professional cleaning service is carried out upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate for your stay.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you need a baby crib or high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these items.

Please note that we do not provide baby linens.



Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late check-ins will only be accepted the next day starting at 9:30 AM. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance with check-in hours.

Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, we can confirm availability only 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official check-out time, we can confirm availability 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit of €500 is required to access the property. This must be paid online via SWIKLY using a credit card. You will receive a refund within 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are found.



Additional Charges:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Rules:

Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Significant noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.



Internet Use:

Do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.

Accessing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is strictly forbidden.

Please understand that any internet connectivity issues due to problems with telecommunication providers are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.



Professional Use and Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use will be allowed without prior consent. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.



Minimum Age for Booking:

The minimum age for booking is 23 years. Persons under 23 will only be allowed to enter if an adult meeting the age criteria is present. Otherwise, access will be refused, and no refund requests will be accepted.
