This renovated, modern studio has every possible amenity included. Large refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, all new appliances, new windows, ac/Heat, perfect internet...all within walking distance to Superpola, the best supermarket in Sosua, the beaches, and the downtown area. Guests always talk about thebfavt that while it is within easy reach of everything Sosua has to offer, there is NONE of the disruptive motorcycle/taxi noise that is so annoying at most other places.

The unit that Joseph originally booked is larger and more comfortable. Unfortunately, he did not arrive on the day that he booked, and did not notify us until after the unit was taken. Of course, we offered him another unit, or a full refund.
He had the choice to accept the unit that we had avilable or to accept a full refund. He chose to stay, after seeing the unit, and seeing the size.
