This is my third property I gutted the whole thing right down to the cinderblock everything in this apartment is brand new located in central Sasua walking distance to the supermarket bars restaurants and three beaches also has two swimming pools and this unit is located in the rear nice private terrace located near the smaller pool which is very private hardly used there is a restaurant and bar right on the complex 24 hour security I supply coolers for the beach and towels for the pool or the beach and snorkel gear safe located in the closet you will love your stay here. This is located on the ground floor two entrances enter through your terrace or front door very convenient. New water filter system installed you can drink,cook,brush your teeth with this water

This property is very nice has everything you need for either a short or long time stay and is a 10 out of 10 for properties. The biggest issue I had is the road noise and the chickens and the dogs barking all night long. That is not an issue with the property other than it is near the road rather than in the middle of the other units. I would still highly recommend this property

The apartment was totally renovated as advertised. Very comfotable ground floor apartment. Facility and security very good.Carl and his manager Jose were great.
