What a great property and a quite, peaceful stay. To start the host is very responsive and answers questions quickly (even if the questions were a bit unusual, lol). We were in town for a family reunion and I had a few of my family members stay here too. It was a clean, comfortable and at a friendly location. We go to Chico at least once a year (around Memorial Day) and I can say this is the house we'll look at for our annual trip. If your headed to Chico and need a house ... This is the place for you!

The house is darling, and very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was very clean, and had plenty of extra linens & towels. The hosts were very responsive in answering questions prior to our stay. We would stay there again when visiting our daughter in Chico.

Perfect for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the layout perfect, with the big kitchen/living/dining area and our infants loved roaming around on the upstairs bean bags. The house was thoroughly clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We were walking distance from parks and downtown. When staying in Chico, it meets the needs for families.

A Must Stay in Chico

This property was amazing!! I have nothing bad to say except I wish I had an excuse to stay longer. Bedrooms were comfortable, living area and kitchen were a great place to talk and catch up, and if wasn’t for the rain, we would have spent time in the fantastic backyard. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying in the future. Cheers!

Convenient location in Chico

Convenient location, seemed a bit paranoid re neighbors' reactions. we had no problems, parking was adequate for at least 4 cars out front. Pots & pans were well used, but seemed clean. VERY hot the week we were here but the AC worked great.

We are a couple born and raised in California, and we love our state. We love the California sunny climate and enjoy ourselves in nature. Yosemite is our favorite national park. We also enjoy road trips on Highway 1 a lot. We hope all of guests have the chance to experience natural beauty for themselves. Whether it’s boating in South Lake Tahoe, kayaking in Half Moon Bay, snowboarding in Big Bear and Mammoth, camping in Mono Lake, or taking photos our way through Napa and Great Canyon - we are all about road trips and new adventures with family and friends. We also cat parents to oatmeal and orchid. We'd love to exchange stories about raising fur kids.
