THE BOAT IS A 38 FT YARCH. HAS A ROOM WITH A QUEEN BED, WARDROBE, ALSO A QUEEN SOFA BED. BOTH SPACES HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV WITH FREE WIFI. THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH A BITROCERAMIC INDUCTION RANGE, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER, SANDWICH MAKER, REFRIGERATOR AND ALL UTENSILS ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL. HOT WATER, SWITCH IS ON THE PANEL. 3 AC UNITS. ALSO WE HAVE BBQ OUTSIDE THE BOAT, IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO BBQ YOU HAVE THE BEST VIEWS, ENJOY IT.

We would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The boat is very old. Appears as it hasn’t been moved in years. The bathroom is teeny-tiny. Ran out of toilet paper. You have to throw your toilet paper away can not flush in the toilet. The cleaning crew was waiting at our door before our checkout time. The boat is similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6 property.

Great stay

We stayed one night while passing through. Had what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, good parking, easy to find. Restaurant with live music just around the canal (or listen from the boat). Thank you for sharing your space!

Great stay

Stayed for a night. Wonderful location. Clean and easy to find. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great communication with owner. Great experience!

Cool Experience!

I enjoyed my time on the boat! It was my first time on a boat like that so the accommodations took a little bit to get used to. I really liked the location and the area. The shower is SMALL!! I am 5'7" 165 lbs so anyone much bigger than me will have a very hard time in there. Everything was pretty much as advertised and I had a nice time.

Boat stay in Key Largo

Stayed on a boat which my husband wanted to do. The stay was great the boat was fine. We were expecting it to be different from a hotel stay and it was.The only downfall was very small from the pictures which when you look at them from the angel they were taken looked larger. They did not leave a check list about things like there is a button you need to turn on to get hot water no note telling what you needed to do upon check out . Also we were told that the hotel that was connected to that part of Marina had an outdoor bathroom that you could use but was locked the whole time we were there

Floating

This was a surprise to my wife and children, and they had no idea where we was going They were all very excited about. It was a very cozy, comfortable stay … An occasional boat would pass by which we enjoyed watching them go by.. a restaurant literally right across from the boat. You have to walk around the canal to get to. It only takes about 10 minutes. Great food. would stay again for sure. Really enjoyed it.

Bugs in the bed

Checking in was easy, the location was nice, but we didn’t enjoy getting eaten alive by bugs while we slept. There were tiny black bugs in the bed when we looked in the edges of mattress the next morning. We notified the owner/manager at the number listed and explained our issue and he was going to call us back. Now they are ghosting us. Won’t answer the phone or any messages sent.

Holiday Getaway…

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for Thanksgiving. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The boat was comfortable, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The process was very easy and the host provided all the info we needed. Parking was a breeze. Mind you this is a boat so to us it was like glamping. Don’t need to bring much and you need to read the directions for the toilet and follow it as it is tricky for someone not used to it. Otherwise there is a bathroom and shower conveniently located off the dock. I would definitely rent this again. Thank you to our hosts for providing a great experience.

The pictures that are shown are not representative of the current condition of the boat as it is much older and not much upkeep has been done. We had what we needed and the host available to answer questions. The main issue was that guests cannot put toilet paper in the bathroom toilet because of the property being “a boat and not a house” and if we did not follow these instructions then there would be a 300 charge. There was a bathroom on the property to use but these circumstances should have been stated in the description

Stay away, poorly maintained and falling apart

Upon arriving at the boat we could tell that it had not been well kept. The exterior of the boat hasn't seen a code of wax in probably 10 years, but I was more concerned about the interior of the boat and could get over its lack of maintenance. When we enter the property it smelled of mildew, I've had boats of this size. My family have had boats of this size and of similar age and if a boat is well maintained, that musty mildew smell isn't there. The floors are cracked and coming apart. In fact there's 1/4-in gaps with black stuff in between them, he's tried to hide that with loosely laid rugs.The mini split system installed in the main salon was leaking water onto one of the pull out couches which of course is where people are supposed to stay. The boat itself wasn't very cool, even at a low temperature it wasn't comfortable. The bathroom door doesn't shut nor does it lock as the mechanism is missing, the main salon or master bedroom smells of mildew and sewage. This was coming from one of the closets in the main bedroom. Overall this was very disappointing and VRBO should not allow this property to continue to be listed. Again, I've had boats of this age and this size and appropriately maintain boat can be a great experience. This definitely was not a great experience, so bad we booked a hotel and didn't stay on the boat.

Husband booked this for a night I was against it wanting a hotel stay but he said it was a nice boat based on what was written on the site and all pics and it will be a comfortable stay. I should have followed my guts as it was a nightmare! We arrived and everything was fine and dandy & even had a wine for us. But everything went bad when I came to see the bedroom where it smells like sceptic tank (thats why air freshener are everywhere) but the smell is too horrid that it can’t even mask the smell. We called the owner and they said it will dissipate and we believe but it was all a lie! Then the toilet started not flushing they blame as afterwards saying we put toilet paper mind you there was no sign not to flush toilet paper anywhere and a 9 yr old doesnt know that. Called and message but no response abt the broken toilet. I showered used the hair dryer and ac stopped working again hair dryer was provided and no note not to use it. So a room smelling like a sceptic tank, unusable toilet and now no aircon! Finally arnd 1am owner called and helped turn back ac so we went to bed arnd 2am! Had to walk to a hotel to use the toilet! Overall horrible experience! We paid almost $300 for this stay and all I get is this horrible experience! Never again will I set foot on this property! If I knew the smell was not temporary I would have ask my husband to go to another hotel but they insisted it will dissipate (what a big lie!).

DO NOT STAY HERE

The property is vastly misrepresented online. The bathroom toilet is basically not usable, and the backup restroom in the marina is under lock and key for employees only. The shower handle fell off in my hand. The pool in the photo is not the pool in the marina, and renters are not welcome at the marina. We left after one night. Still attempting to get a refund.

Property had a horrible odor and there is a bar very close by that plays loud music until 1 am. Stayed one night and had to choose another property. Received no refund.
