Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. This is the upstairs unit, the top two floors of the house. There is a connecting door between the two units if the whole house wanted to be rented. That would include 3 additional bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Sheets and towels are included in the nightly rate. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required. The address is 571 Kings Highway, Kennebunkport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

If you’re coming to be on the beach then you won’t be disappointed. You can’t beat the location and the views from the property. It’s directly on the sand on a very quiet beautiful section of GRB. This is a lovely beachfront property. There is everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The only issue with this property is the lack of soundproofing. We had happy, active, verbal children staying in the lower unit this time. If privacy and quiet are your thing you made need to rent both units or look to another listing.
