This property sleeps up to 13 people and is located at the end of a dead end road with maximum privacy! This queen victorian was built in 1908 and has been tastefully renovated and has new furniture. Located on almost 2 acres in Dock Square, Kennebunkport offering ample space to play! Just a quick 5 minute walk to Coffee shops, restaurants, retail shops, and more. Inside you will find 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located right next to the Kennebunkport consolidated school playground.
First floor: (there is a small 3-5 step staircase to get to the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen with island and dining table, living room, and a sitting room.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed
Bedroom #2: Queen bed
Second floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Bedroom #3: King bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. (3 beds total in this room)

Beach equipment included - 6-8 chairs, 1 umbrella, wagon, and towels!
