eco-luxury houseboat, natural materials instead of plastics, Baltic Sea fjord

Ahoy! The Habitide is the first and only consistently ecologically designed houseboat on the Schlei. And the only one that has its berth free and in the middle of sailing ships. Not in a houseboat settlement ;) but with privacy :))

I am Katharina, artist and designer, and I have built my dream, a very special catamaran living ship (12x4m) made of steel, wood, glass and with a lot of passion - using natural materials wherever possible. Plastic-free zone, so to speak. As a year-round boat with a great all-round view, lakeside terraces, many loving details, open kitchen, bar, shower, bathing ladder and paddle boat. The Habitide is located in the beautiful Schleswig city harbor, on the beautiful Baltic Sea fjord Schlei - and you can live there until I move in myself at some point ;)

The Habitide is a modern, chic houseboat for up to 6 people. With the comfort of a top holiday apartment directly on the water. She was built with ecologically sound materials, very solid, with a steel hull and is almost energy self-sufficient...
Enjoy the day on the lake terraces, from which you can dangle your feet in the Baltic Sea and swim in the Schlei. The sun rises at the bow for breakfast, wanders over the terrace for sunbathing and sets on the stern terrace for a cozy 'sundowner'. That's so beautiful :)

The wonderful light effects in the ship through large windows and bulleyes as well as the individual furnishings with some eye-catchers (Morocco bathroom, safari room with pulley folding bed) create a great atmosphere.
The always exciting view of boats, weather, water birds and fishermen, plus great service in the new harbor and Schleswig's magical coastline make your vacation perfect.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. The beds are equipped with very high-quality mattresses and even the bedding inlets are made from natural materials. You can feel it pleasantly on your skin. Thanks to the ecological paint and the Scandinavian, light lyeed wood, the room climate is unique. Wool, silk, linen, cotton, jute, silver and other metals, glass and ceramics create a great feeling of living.

Upon request, 2 more people can sleep in the living area on a very comfortable sofa bed while watching the waves and water birds.

An inflatable boat with an aluminum hull and paddles is available for excursions directly at the Habitide. An electric outboard motor can also be booked upon request.
