From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

Comfortable, well-furnished 3-bedroom apartment, approximately 60 m², for up to 4 people on the ground floor with continuous access and sheltered southwest-facing terrace in a quiet location. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, shower and toilet with window. The living room is equipped with cable TV and radio with CD player. The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Schöne strandnahe Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage zum Strand und zum Thalassozentrum ist super. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Straße, der Stellplatz für das Auto liegt praktisch im Hinterhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöne ansprechende Wohnung

Sehr gute, etwas hellhörige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wohnung ist super sauber, kpl. ausgestattet, fußläufig ist alles erreichbar, was im Urlaub wichtig ist. Hausverwaltung, falls es mal ein Problem gibt, Bäcker, Edeka, Restaurants und Eisdielen und natürlich der Strand. Wellenhallenbad 5 Minuten entfernt

die Ferienwohnung würde ich unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht wieder anmieten

Die Ferienwohnung an sich war ok. Leider musste ich täglich die "Kellerasseln", die über den Hausflur in die Wohnung gelangten, beseitigen. Trotz Meldung keine Abhilfe. Ferner hätte man uns mitteilen müssen, dass direkt nebenan ein Neubau errichtet wird. Am 07.08., morgens um 07:00 Uhr begannen die Bauarbeiter mit Bagger und Rüttelplatte direkt neben unserer Terrasse zu arbeiten. Der Esszimmertisch im Wohnbereich vibrierte. Am Dienstag, 11.08. ab 06:00 Uhr wurden Steine mit einem Lkw-Kran abgeladen. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Die Benutzung der Terrasse an diesem Tag war u.a. durch Staubbelästigung durch Abschleifen der Y-Tongsteine nicht mehr möglich. Wir haben uns daher aufgrund der Gesamtumstände dazu entschlossen, die Ferienwohnung einen Tag früher als geplant zu verlassen und nach Hause zu fahren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schön und zentral ,direkt am Strand gelegene Ferienwohnung. . Einrichtung entspricht nicht unbedingt dem neuesten Stand, ist aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. .Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig....Auch wäre ein Sonnenschirm für die Südterasse von Vorteil .Parkplatz für Pkw sehr eng und Stellplätze für Fahrräder nicht ausreichend. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit bester Lage zu Strand, Promenade und Ausflügen ob mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto..., die man bedingungslos weiterempfehlen kann... :-) Wie in der Anzeige auch beschrieben, befindet sich direkt neben der Anlage eine größere Baustelle, an der es tatsächlich von früh 7 uhr bis nachmittags um 17 uhr sehr laut ist... Seit Mitte August hat die Ferienwohnung auch WLAN ..Es gibt auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. ..

Sehr schön geschnittene saubere und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kleine Terasse. Kinder konnten direkt von Terasse auf den Parkplatz laufen. Hier muss man aufpassen. Abwicklung war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Fußweg zum Strand ca 5 Minuten. Insgesamt ein super schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen, sie ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, praktisch eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet! Zum Strand und zum Wellenbad Ahoi braucht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso wie für die frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück! Sauberes Appartement in einer ruhigen Lage. Gut eingerichtet und hervorragende Betten. Gute Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus. Ein Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert um in das Zentrum von Duhnen zu gelangen. W-Lan Anschluss ist nicht vorhanden. Leider lassen sich die Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht ordentlich verdunkeln (nur ein dünner Stoffvorhang). Mit Sonnenaufgang ist man somit schon wach oder nur noch im Dämmerschlaf.
