Ein Traum

Wir waren 6 Tage vor Ort. Die Wohnung war größer als gedacht und die kleine Küche, war so super eingerichtet und aufgeteilt, das man gar nicht gemerkt hat wie klein sie ist. Soviel Geschirr und Besteck hat man noch nicht mal in einer großen Ferienwohnung. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Schön war es auch das alles ebenerdig war so das meine Mama, alles mit dem Rollator gut erreichen konnte. Die Strandlage und Bummelmeile war super nah. Die Tiefgarage war auch super. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und Gott sei Dank auch super Wetter, so daß wir auch auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen und auch gerne dann diese Wohnung. Danke für die tolle Wohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Auch wenn ich mir die Unterkunft etwas größer vorgestellt hatte, war der Platz für uns drei ausreichend. Für meinen 6 jährigen Sohn war sehr viel Spielzeug (auch Sandspielzeug und Luftmatratze) vorhanden. Was wirklich toll war! Und die Nähe zum Meer ist unschlagbar für den Preis! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine kleine Terrasse. Es gibt ein Kinderzimmer mit TV, Bad mit Dusche, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, kleine Küche mit viel Ausstattung sowie einem Schlafzimmer. Alles befindet sich in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Die Spinnenweben könnten allerdings mal entfernt werden. Bettpaket war gebucht, allerdings waren die Betten nicht bezogen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurden innerhalb von 30 Minuten dann die Betten bezogen. Die Mirkowelle ist ohne Funktion. Es wurde aber direkt angeboten, dass sich das ein Techniker anschauen könnte was wir allerdings -wegen Corona- abgelehnt haben. Die Vermietungsagentur war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit (am Telefon sowie bei der Schlüsselübergabe). Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ist etwas eng, aber mit dem Kombi war es ok. Zum Strand sind es wenige Meter. Für einen schönen Urlaub im Zentrum von Duhnen mit Parkplatz und wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt können wir diese Wohnung als Familie empfehlen.

Sehr gute Wohnung mit Top Lage

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir hatten durch die Pandemie noch kurzfristig etwas gesucht und hatten keine großen Erwartungen an eine kleine Wohnung. Aber die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet für eine Familie. Die Küche ist echt klein und dennoch kann man sogar kochen, alles was das Herz an Küchengeräten begehrt ist da. Echt top! Das Kinderzimmer ist mit tollen Spielen, Malblöcken und LegoDuplo echt toll. Und die Lage- ein Traum! Sofort am Strand und im Zentrum im Ort. Der TopParkplatz mit Auto wird nur für Ausflüge verlassen. In der Wohnung ist zum Beispiel auch ein Fön und ein Toaster. Hier hätte ich mir beides in der Beachreibung der Wohnung gewünscht, da ich es extra eingepackt habe. So etwas ärgert mich. Die Terrasse ist funktional. Leider nicht unser Fall, da Möbel und Zaun komplett schwarz sind und man hier ohne jegliche Pflanze sich nicht so richtig wohlfühlt. Trotzdem natürlich praktisch für den Wäscheständer mit nassen Sachen vom Strand. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber. Es empfiehlt sich nicht genaustens in die Ecken zu gucken. Allein wegen der Lage und Ausstattung würden wir diese Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen! Lieben Dank an die Vermieter!!
