The house was very nice. Family of 12 stayed and house was very roomy, especially the dining room and living room which flowed together for a very open concept. Pool was very nice to have. Rode the bikes to the very end of Scenic Hwy.What I would recommend to the owners is to have a “Karma” area in the pantry. Where people leave and take non-perishable items. A “Take an item leave an item”. We had to purchase everything like coffee filters, paper plates, plastic wrap, etc.. There was nothing there. obviously we had lots we could of left for next renters.

The Grand Marquix is a beautiful beachfront property. We did have a few issues however. Door handles were broken on the main deck doors so we were unable to use or lock them. The side door was the same way. Luckily the garage door and pool gate could be locked for better security. We also had windows in one of the top bedroom which were open and unable to shut. The maintenance man was able to fix that as well although the windows need to be replaced. Handles no longer work. We did have an hvac issue on the 2nd floor as well which was fixed the very next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable. We would definitely stay there again but were disappointed by the issues with the property.

Our family, 3 adults and 4 children, stayed a week for Fall Break. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Restaurants within 2 miles, private beach, gated community.....It was perfect!! I definitely recommend the property and the management group ELP if you're visiting Destin!!

Being beachfront adds so much to the trip and the views from every window were just spectacular. We stayed during March madness and the theatre room brought so much joy to my family! The house suited us perfectly we had 3 generations and having the 3rd floor oasis for us “old folks” was perfect.

Great Wedding Weekend at Kings View

We took advantage of the beauty of Kings View as the venue for our wedding. It was perfect. We used the beach backyard for the ceremony and outdoor dinner reception for our small family gathering. Gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Great Property

Overall the property and amenities were fabulous. The neighborhood does have some strict guidelines, but nothing that would prevent me from booking again. AC unit on first floor kept breaking down the last couple days, but again, dumb luck. If you are looking for a luxury stay on the beach, this is it. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Week at the Beach

This was the ultimate beach vacation for our family. The house was magnificent, and had plenty of room for our family, siblings, and grandparents. Everyone appreciated the elevator. We had 4 little ones with us all under the age of 3, and the home included a high chair which was very helpful. There was also the option to have the outdoor pool heated during our stay, and this was perfect for the kids to swim even in late October. The home is furnished very nicely and the kitchen was well equipped; we ended up cooking most of our meals there during our stay. Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful. Very well laid out. Very family friendly. The deck was under construction & not complete by the time we arrived. The pool is lovely but tile is missing on steps & several children & adults received cuts. The garage door would not open with the code the last 3 days of our stay Overall , great place to stay. House was as advertised. Great location and accommodations for a family get together. The layout was perfect and the house was clean and very well maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. There was nothing that needed to be done to make this a better trip, location, or accommodation. Property manager was reachable and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this property again if staying in the area. Anyone booking this property should feel secure in knowing they booked a great one. Well done.
