For many years, we provided pool heating at no additional charge. However, due to the rising costs of propane and utilities, we have unfortunately had to begin charging a fee to help cover those expenses. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. What a marvelous host!! We had some difficulties when we checked in with the cooling system to no fault of the owner. When we contacted them, the response and resolution were spot on and quick! We also experienced a power outage while we were there (again, obvious no fault of the owner). They were on it - dropping off battery powered lantern and flashlight as well as keeping us informed on what the power company was doing. The pool and yard were a mess the morning after the storm. We went to the local aquarium for a few hours and when we returned - the yard was cleaned up and the pool had been professionally serviced. Cannot say enough about this attention to our comfort during our stay. The home was everything we needed for our group of 10, the pool was enjoyed, and the home was very comfortable - furnished well! Thanks for a great stay!!

This is a very nice comfortable upscaled home in a not so upscale neighborhood. The warning signs, stating “not responsible if personal items are stolen”, didn’t help. We felt a bit uneasy worrying our car would get stolen. Beautiful pool.

In all the years we have owned and operated this property, we have never experienced any issues with theft or guest vehicles. In fact, when our children were younger, we often left doors unlocked and even accidentally left keys in the door without any problems. Our family had a great time hanging out in the house. Plenty of room for us to eat, plays cards and hang by the pool. Managers were very responsive with questions we had and also helpful with suggestions for visiting the city. We would stay here again.
