Historical Victorian 2 bedroom Flat 1 block from Beach JUST RENOVATED!

This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square! Private covered deck included along with wrap around communal front porch. Beautiful traditional decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore.
Unit 2 has been completely renovated! New floors, new paint, new appliances, new furniture…you name it we did it!! This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 7) with 2 bedrooms , a bump out kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is beautiful and drenched with sunlight with large windows and beach views from the front window. The master bedroom has a king size bed and romantic en suite bath with a claw foot tub. This tub is in the process of adding a working shower so bath or shower this bathroom will be a wonderful space. This is the only space that I do not have pictures of the redo, as it is currently underway now. But there will be a new toilet, new floors, and in general, a complete facelift that I am very excited about. The second bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with a full bottom and twin top and the other with 2 twins.this bedroom has a fun French Victorian vibe and view of the ocean. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection and a beautiful new4 seater sofa that is as comfortable as it is good looking.
The washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance!!

Long weekend in Cape May

Plenty of room for our family, adult children and significant others. Clean and had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the back porch and location 1 block from the beach and 10 minutes to restaurants.

Perfect weekend getaway in Cape May

Great Victorian home located close to the beach and retail shops in Cape May. Very easy to walk everywhere and enjoy all the shore has to offer. The host was very hospitable and communicative. We'd definitely return again!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place and close to all. Loved the key less entry that allowed everyone to go and come back without worrying. Great to be able to bring our dog who comes every where with us. We were in the second floor and enjoyed the balcony out back and the nice tub for a bath .

Charming

We love old houses and antiques, so we admired the taste and TLC involved in putting together this apartment. The three separate sleeping spaces were perfect for the three of us, providing just the right amount of togetherness. The location was perfect. The little porch was wonderful for early coffee and a late glass of wine. We hadn’t realized the unit was on the second floor, but everyone managed. We thank you for enhancing a lovely three-day sisters getaway.

Close to Beach, Shopping and Dining

We stayed in the second level two bedroom suite of this cute Victorian house with nice landscaping. The suite was nicely decorated. The property is a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and dining. We appreciate the owner's communication and allowing our dog to stay with us.

Relaxation in Cape May

Enjoyed our short but relaxing stay. Being on the first floor is a little noisy with the old wooden floors above, but the apt was comfortable and the location is outstanding. Very responsive inkeeoers.

So close to the beach

We were so happy to be SO CLOSE to the beach! The house was a beautiful Victorian home - we met others staying there on the community front porch which made for fun evenings and we also enjoyed our private balcony on the second floor. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay in Cape May

This cute Victorian home has the perfect layout for a family with two children. The character and charm paired with the distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. We were also thrilled to be able to take our dog with us. Wonderful vacation

The accommodations were wonderful. It had a complete assortment of appliances but more importantly, it was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back again.

Memorial Day weekend

We spent an enjoyable 3 day holiday weekend in Cape May. Property is close to everything - beach, restaurants. There was on street parking available. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our holiday weekend.
