Located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from the Washington Street Mall, featuring 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd floor loft, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 off-street parking spots. This spacious condo includes all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury experience and is ready for your immediate enjoyment.

Enter the first floor from the private rear deck. The first floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with free standing washer and dryer. On the third floor there is a bonus room, perfect for the kids to play or an extra space for the adults to hideaway. The oversized car-and-half garage provides plenty of space for parking and storage of beach equipment, bikes, and yard games. There is an additional reserved parking spot in the driveway. A private outdoor shower is located on the side of the house.

Incredible vacation home in an ideal location that is walkable to everything Cape May has to offer with plenty of space, parking, and amenities. What more could you ask for!

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful - very close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Washington Mall. Very clean, comfortable beds, enough space to relax and watch a movie at night, a well stocked kitchen and the host was very fast responding to any questions. One review had mentioned a problem with water pressure - definitely not a problem anymore, the shower had amazing water pressure. One thing I'll just mention that I didn't understand is the 3rd floor loft/bedroom is accessed through the 2nd bedroom.

The check in was easy. We enjoyed the deck in morning with coffee and evening with visiting friends. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals including incidentals like spices, a nice table to fit us all for meals and games The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable Everything was top notch. The beach was a short block away. We walked everywhere. Could not have asked for anything else. Loved it!

Quiet Fall Weekend

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, very clean, perfect location. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again. Celebrated a 40th bday with some great meals, sitting on the beach, and lots of shopping.

Wonderful Stay for our Family!

We booked this home somewhat last minute so we could see Cape May at Christmastime. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is beautiful and well-appointed - I loved the decor and thought put into everything. The location is perfect for us as we love to frequent Congress Hall and the Washington Street Mall, and of course the beach. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location

The house is the perfect location for a visit with friends with great resturants in walking distance. The stairs to the loft area are steep which could be a problem for somebody with mobility issues.

Great property and location

Great property that is part of a triplex. Super close to the beach. As well as close to downtown shops in Washington Street. Perfect for a family. Our family of 4+1 grandmother had a great time. Well appointed with great extra amenities that we were not expecting Communication is great with the landlords and we really enjoyed our week on stay

A perfect stay in paradise/Cape May

This was our first time in this property. It exceeded our expectations. It is welcoming and cozy like your own home. It’s very clean and has all of the amenities you get from home. My husband and I especially loved the location. Bagel time is on the corner for yummy fresh bagels and coffee in the morning. We caught a game of miniature golf conveniently on the corner from the property. The beach is right across the street along with the promenade full of food, fashion and arcades… we loved the easy walk around town and the commons. So many good restaurants to chose from. It was great that we had parking. We didn’t have to use the car once. Looking forward to booking again. Excellent host to communicate with while booking.

A Cape May home has always been a dream of ours. On April 1, 2024 that dream became a reality! We are looking forward to making new memories here and are so excited to share our home with you.

For us, it is all about the experience and we want to create an amazing experience for each of our guests. We've updated the flooring, lighting, and finishes throughout the home to create a more modern atmosphere and we'll continue with some larger updates this winter. For your convenience, our kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking essentials and we provide all linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels. We also have indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, and sand toys.

Whether it is a family vacation or a weekend couples getaway, we want to delight you with amazing accommodations so that you can fully enjoy everything Cape May has to offer. We love it here and we hope you will too!
